Cykeltur - Panoramaudsigt ned ad bakke fra Njeguši og Kotor serpentiner

Den mest fantastiske cykeltur i Montenegro tilbyder enestående udsigt over Kotor. Turen begynder med biloverførsel op ad bakke gennem serpentinvej, som er bygget i det 19. århundrede af østrigere. Denne vej er 25 km, og den har 25 kurver med en fantastisk udsigt over Kotor-bugten, og det tager omkring 45 minutter til vores startposition ved landsbyen Njegusi. Det ligger under Lovcen-bjerget 900 meter over havets overflade, og der er født stedet for vores største hersker Njegos den II. At tage en cykel og en kort tur gennem landsbyen giver dig mulighed for at forstå, hvordan folk her plejede at leve for tid siden. Fortsæt med at cykle i 2 km let op ad bakke bringer os til Krstac-passet, hvor du kan prøve ZIPLINE 400 meter lang. Senere på Horizont restaurant ville du have en kaffepause og nyde den smukkeste udsigt nogensinde. Efter pause starter downhill cykling i ca. 1.30t. At have det sjovt og tage fantastiske billeder fra hver kurve med forskellige perspektiver vil gøre denne rejse uforglemmelig. Dette er almindelig vej, der også bruges af bil, så vær forsigtig.

We had so much fun our tour with Ivana and her husband. We started at the zip line which we both used and whilst it was short, it was fun (Ivana encouraged me to go on and I probably wouldn’t have pushed myself out of my comfort zone otherwise!). The views were simply stunning and we also learnt a lot about the history of Montenegro which was very interesting. Suitable for any level of fitness and it is mainly downhill. Would recommend!

This bike tour was excellent from start to finish. Pick up in Kotor was well organised and the bikes provided were good quality and well maintained. The tour itself was great fun and not strenuous as it was essentially all downhill. Our guide for the tour, Ivana, was very helpful and provided lots of interesting information. She also took some great photos of the family which she then forwarded on to us. We made multiple stops to admire the fantastic views and photos of Kotor and Boka Bay. Overall a really enjoyable way to experience this amazing road with some of the best views of this beautiful part of Montenegro.

It was a remarkable downhill bike ride. There are multiple places to stop and take photos. Ivana, the guide, was a delight. While she is involved in mountain rescue, extreme sports like canyoneering, and more daunting tours like repelling, she was great with our small group which included an enjoyable German couple. Bring your smiles and have fun.

The views are amazing from up top. It looks intimidating at first but very doable. If you've never ridden a bike before, then maybe you try something less intimidating. The guides were great and take great care of you.

Milija was a fabulous host. He picked us up promptly from our hotel and prior to the pick-up was very communicative on what to expect for the day. The tour started at the top of the mountain with a stunning view of the Bay of Kotor. We cycled to a local cafe where we had a drink and Milija gave us a brief history of all the sights within our view. We then had fun traversing down the mountain back to our hotel. This tour is NOT difficult. If you are looking for an adrenaline cycle this is the not the right tour. It is perfect for average ability families to cycle together and to experience the beautiful views in a more entertaining way. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing cycling tour from Njegusi to Kotor. Such amazing viewpoints and lot of fun. Tour was safe and easy. Bikes were very good, and tour guide was so interesting, telling us a lot of history stories of Montenegro. Highly recommend this trip.

Mountain cycling but totaly easy downhill was my best choice for now. Did not expect how beutifull Kotor bay is from above and wery strange that place like this was not promotet globaly. Guide was nice and informative. Thanks a lot. This is the place I would like to comeback.
