We would 100% recommend this cooking class Our chef Fernando was a fantastic instructor. He made us laugh and learn! In my opinion, it was the best ceviche and lomo saltado that I’ve had yet in Peru. We got a taste of both the history of the dish and the fresh ingredients that bring so much flavor!
We had the most sexy and funny chef of all times Fernando. He is very cute and explained everything very well. We had a nice extra shot of pineapple pisco. Greatest Experience of all times!!!

My friends and I had a blast at this cooking class! The group was small and intimate. Fernando was hilarious and knowledgeable, creating a fun atmosphere for us to cook delicious food and cocktails. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Peruvian cuisine in Cusco!

I had a great time learning to make the foods of Peru (ceviche & lomo saltado)! In just an hour an a half, I became a better chef and can’t wait to use these skills at home - you cannot miss this experience!
