7:30. Vores guide afhenter dig på hotellet, vi vil køre til Cu Chi Tunnels. Ved ankomsten begynder vi besøget af de berømte Cu Chi Tunnels, som består af et utroligt underjordisk tunnelnetværk bygget af vietnamesiske modstandskampe (Viet Cong) under både de franske og amerikanske krige. Start besøget med Ben Dinh sektioner af tunnelen. Spis frokost på en halal lokal restaurant, så fortsætter vi med at besøge My Tho City, tage en afslappet bådtur til Thoi Son Island. Nyd en bådtur gennem Tan Thach naturlige kanal i Ben Tre. Tilbage til vandet for en afslappende roende bådtur langs en lille kanal, krydstogt i skyggen af vandets kokostræer. Lær om biavl i deltaet og nyd en kop honning te til ledsagelse af traditionel vietnamesisk folkemusik. Rejs derefter den smalle landlige vej med hest og vogn for at besøge kokos candy mill for at finde ud af, hvordan denne lækre konfekt er lavet og prøve det færdige produkt.

Oplev den autentiske side af det store tunnelnetværk skabt af Viet Cong guerillakrigere under Vietnamkrigen. - Cu Chi Tunnels er en del af et massivt og omfattende tunnelsystem, der blev brugt under Vietnam-krigen. Båden krydser langs Tien floden (en gren af Mekong) og stopper ved forskellige lokale arbejdspladser for at give dig et billede af, hvordan den lokale økonomi fungerer, en kokosforarbejdningsværksted, hvor du kan prøve frisk kokos og se, hvordan hver eneste del af denne alsidige nødde bliver til mad og smage nogle lokale produkter, vi vil gå på den lokale vej med smuk landudsigt og rejse den smalle landlige vej med hestevogne.
Så tager vi en bådtur gennem Tan Thach naturlige kanal i Ben Tre. Efter at vi vil nyde Halal frokost vil blive serveret i den lokale restaurant med en særlig lokal stil og vi vil besøge frugthave på øen. Efter frokost, vil vi stoppe på bee farm med en anden ø for at nyde honning te, lokale produkter, og nyde den traditionelle musik.

We had a great experience with our tour guide Tri Le at the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta. He was warm, friendly, and hospitable, making my family feel comfortable throughout the trip. What stood out most was his thoughtful accommodation of us as Muslim travellers. His deep local knowledge of the Mekong Delta, enriched by his experience as a third-generation resident, brought the region to life. His passion for the area and genuine care for his guests made the tour enjoyable and memorable. We would gladly join his tours again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Highly recommended!
Came back from this tour feeling like we'd spent the day road-tripping with a Vietnamese friend! Our guide Le was punctual, funny, knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. Beyond the history, he shared personal stories and gave us a local's POV on everyday life, which made the whole experience much more meaningful. Thighs still sore from duckwalking barely 20m through the tunnels hahaha but worth it! We upgraded to private tour for a small fee - zero regrets. Hotel pickup/dropoff was seamless and best of all, no waiting around for others. The whole tour was v well planned and efficient - we never felt like our time/energy was wasted. The vehicle was very comfortable - the AC deserves its own 5 star LOL cos HCMC's heat + humidity is no joke. Every time we finished a stop, the car was there waiting for us with AC blasting. 100% recommended, esp for Muslims. Halal lunch was yummy, prayer space was comfortable, toilets were clean with bidets. Thank you Le for spending the day with us and showing us around your hometown!
Initially, we chose the group tour, but we were informed via WhatsApp that since we were the only participants, we would be upgraded to a private tour (with an additional cost). Our tour guide, “Brother Li,” picked us up at 7:30 AM from our hotel lobby, holding a sign with our names as described. On the way to the Cu Chi Tunnels, he explained important historical information, which was helpful since the journey was quite long. The Cu Chi Tunnel visit felt a bit rushed, but for a good reason—we avoided a traffic jam caused by road construction on the way to the Mekong Delta. He explained this beforehand, and we were completely fine with it. Once we arrived at the Mekong Delta, we were able to take our time and enjoy the experience. It was very pleasant, and all the food provided was halal-friendly. Lastly, he even gave us an unexpected handmade pop-up card made by his wife, which was such a sweet surprise! We also gave him a postcard from our country in return. Until next time!
visited the lacquer workshop first. The items there are beautiful and the whole process was interesting. Then we went to cu chi tunnel. Le shared so much information that you wont get online. We had delicious halal local food for lunch at Mekong. We had a short horse ride around the island. Then we visited afew local spots where we managed to get their local produce. Overall, it was a smooth process and we had so much fun that we did not notice the time fly by so fast. Thank you Le and his team for an enjoyable time. Looking forward to engage his service again in the future.

Fun day trip to Cu Chi Tunnel and Mekong Delta. Thuan is a very friendly and knowledgable guide that explained in details regarding the Vietnam history during our visit to Cu Chi tunnel. The halal food provided is tasty and the trip to Mekong delta is memorable. Highly recommend👍🏼
