Ricky, our tour guide, you are a superstar! Our family includes a 70+ year old granny, and we were naturally a bit anxious about how she would manage the boat transfers and the beach terrain. You went above and beyond to make sure she was safe, comfortable, and completely included in the fun. Your patience, warmth, and attentive care gave our family complete peace of mind and allowed Granny to enjoy the island to the fullest. Seeing her smile and feel so well looked after meant the world to us. ​A big thank you also to our two boat drivers! The boat ride was smooth, safe, and exhilarating. Highly recommended private boat experience in Phuket! We visited Coral Island and had an early pickup at 6:30am — and trust me, it’s absolutely worth going early to avoid the crowds. We had an amazing experience with 5 Star Marine Phuket from start to finish. The entire booking and coordination process was smooth, and the team was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions before the trip. A special mention to the crew members Chris, Hassan, and Kiblat (apologies if I’ve misspelled any names). On the day of the tour, they were professional, friendly, and made us feel very well taken care of throughout the journey. The boat was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. We really appreciated how flexible the itinerary was, allowing us to enjoy the islands at our own pace without feeling rushed. The crew also helped us capture beautiful photos and ensured we were safe and comfortable at all times. They were wonderful with the kids as well, even playing with them during the trip. During the fishing activity, both my daughter and I unfortunately experienced a bit of seasickness, but Chris took great care of us and helped us through it, which we truly appreciated. The team was also very considerate of our dietary needs and arranged for halal seafood at a kelong for our lunch, which was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing private boat experience. We would definitely recommend 5 Star Marine Phuket to anyone visiting Phuket, especially families looking for a more private and personalised island-hopping experience. They truly deserve a tip for the excellent service and care provided. My kids already want to come back to Phuket and hope to have this same experience again with the same crew.

5 star Marine lived up to their company name. 5 star all round. They were very responsive to requests and messages. Accommodated last minute changes. The staff were friendly and took part in the fun during the day. The boat and snorkelling equipment is kept in fantastic condition. Don't bother booking with big charter companies. We booked a private Coral Island tour as a family of four, with two small children. From the driver who collected us at our hotel to Noon & her team on the boat, the day was flawless start to finish. The crew were patient & flexible & really gave us great attention all day. They had great suggestions of things to do & made the experience very special, not rushing us at any stop. Although not cheap, it felt like great value. I would have no hesitation in recommending 5 Star Marine or booking another trip with them.

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with 5 star marine. Our family had a fabulous day on the speedboat with 3 crew members who were all professional and ensured we were safe and looked after. We went snorkelling in a secluded spot and visited coral island and another beach for sunset drinks. Had the option to go to another island but we were more than happy with the day. Surprised my hubby when we got back with a lovely birthday cake. He couldnt have had a more amazing day,

Our experience with 5 Star Marine was exceptional from the moment we started the inquiry with them, all the way till we completed the trip and even follow-up after that. The team behind was giving us periodic updates on the weather and what to expect on the D-day. They asked us about our preferences for refreshments and had plenty of them ready on the private boat when we were aboard. The private boat itself was very spacious and well-maintained. The crew were very accommodating and gave us plenty of time to explore on the islands. The Coral Island and the Racha islands that we went to were breath-taking and the crew stopped at perfect spots for snorkeling and swimming. The crew had enough snorkeling gears for the big party of 15 of us. We had an unfortunate incident when one of our friends had stepped on a sea-urchin. The crew (headed by Beer) quickly swung into action by providing first-aid and then taking the person to the hospital when we disembarked. The support that the 5 Star Marine team provided on this was immeasurable. A big thanks for that. The service and the experience that we had with 5 Star Marine was the best and I really cannot recommend it enough, whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends. I would definitely do another tour with them the next time we are in Phuket.
