This was a fabulous experience. Bouchra met us is an easy place to find in the Mefina and took us to her home. Everything was so well organised and after a chat she had us chopping up vegetables and making marinades and dressings. She was funny and relaxed and gave us historical facts as we chatted. The food we made was delicious and we all sat together and shared our meal
This was so much fun with your friends or meet new people from other countries; enjoy the hospitality while learning to cook new dishes.
It was super fun to cook with Bouchra as a family! They explained it well. Thanks to the wonderful combination of spices, we ate the tastiest tagine of the whole vacation.
