Madlavningskursus i Tropea landsby

Thank you to Vincenzo and Alberto! A fantastic way to spend a night in Tropea. Both Vincenzo and Alberto are passionate about creating learning and connection experiences.

A really lovely evening! We were picked up from the hotel and then met our fellow cooks for the evening on-site. But before cooking, Alberto led us around the farm and, together with Enzo, told us interesting things about almost every plant and fruit. Then it was time to harvest and finally to prepare dinner. The international group was a great fit and it was very entertaining! Enzo and Alberto really catered to us, and we felt very comfortable.

One of the best experiences I've had in Tropea! We cooked 2 beautiful pastas with some very lovely other guests. All food was local and absolutely delicious. Totally recommend!!!

A lovely experience with an even better host, we visited the farm picked the ingredients, drank wine and cooked along with the chef even making some friends along the way. Made me want to try all the other experiences Enzo at visit Mediterraneo has to offer. 10/10 don’t miss it.

Can definitely be recommended. So nice, exciting and educational. We were 6 on the team. Beautiful evening with 4 other beautiful women from each of our countries - but we laughed and laughed a lot. Great food and wine.

An incredible farm-to-table experience with Enzo and Chef Alberto. We were welcomed into Alberto’s family home and farm, a beautiful setting. Alberto shared the history of the farm and explained how his family cultivates the land. We picked fresh ingredients and learned how to make two types of pasta from scratch, all while enjoying the company of a wonderful small group of people from around the world. Enzo was able to share all his knowledge about Tropea and the region of Calabria. A truly memorable experience filled with amazing food, great stories, and genuine warmth. Thank you, Enzo and Alberto, for sharing your home, culture, and passion with us .I look forward to the next one when I’m visiting Tropea again.This is a must do experience.

who enjoys connecting with other people, experiencing something authentic from the region, and being creative at the same time, is in the right place here. We were a great group and the hosts were very warm-hearted.

This was truly an outstanding experience! We started in the countryside garden, picking our own fresh produce for the cooking class, and learning about the history and significance of the land. We learned to make two pasta's, and enjoyed delicious food and wine with great company. Enzo and the culinary team created such a special and memorable experience! Highly highly recommend!

It was so refreshing to smell and taste all the fresh herbs then to cook with them was like wow. This truly was the best meal we had during our 10 days

Amazing cooking class experience. My wife and I do many excursions on vacation and this one was one of the best! The whole thing from beginning to end was fun and memorable. Our host Enzo was everything you can ask for while doing something like this. Once arrived to the location he introduced us to Alberto and Angelo. Through out the class they were a delight to be with. All 3 of them were very welcoming, fun and perfect for the job. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of doing the cooking class to do it ! Such a great experience, you should do it ! 10/10
