This cooking class was amazing. It was very clean and there were a variety of dishes we did that really introduced me to food in Ho Chi Minh city. The guide was amazing and he told us lots of great facts about the food and its origins. Highly recommend
Lucy did a fanastic job explaining things and keeping it -- the cooking process for the 3 different dishes -- flowing along. If I have family members visiting Ho Chi Minh city (Saigon)' this one's on me.
Great cooking class in the company of Chef Levi. We prepared 3 dishes, spring rolls, a pho, and marinated beef. Very friendly atmosphere, nice chef, and great food. Only 3/5 for the meeting point because we were given the wrong meeting spot by message, but the experience starts off well right at the cooking school. I highly recommend it
Lucy the host was fabulous. We are a family of 6 (4 older children) and we all loved the class. We laughed, cooked and ate fabulous food. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Thanks Lucy, I would recommend this experience to anyone!
Lucy was absolutely great. She should have her own restaurant if im being honest. She is a great chef and a great teacher. Totally recommended
We had very good experience cooking 3 dishes. The appliances and environment was clean. I am vegetarian so there were alternative ingredients for fish sauce, egg and meat. They were very sensitive to clean hands and use separate utensils while working on vegetarian broth. Highly recommend!
Cooking lesson great fun and well organised. Food we eat was delicious.
The instructor was amazing. The class was fun and entertaining. Learn a lot even with knowledge. Will most definitely do it again and would encourage everyone to sign up. Thank you Elle
Really glad we booked on this course - but make sure you are hungry before you go. We booked the 10am course and we struggled to eat all that we made. We were the only 2 on the course so it was like having a private lesson. Our tutor explained the ingredients and what we needed to do at a pace that suited us.
Really good insights into the preparation of each dish. Great value for money.
