For blot et par år siden var Comuna 13-kvarteret det farligste samfund i byen Medellín, men i dag er det det mest farverige og levende samfund i byen. Efter at regeringen og den private sektor investerede i sociale og ungdomsprogrammer, tog lokale beboere og kunstnere kvartererne tilbage og bidrog til den mirakuløse transformation, vi ser i dag, var gaderne fyldt med utrolige værker af street art, musik, gadekunstnere og lækre lokale snacks. En fantastisk mulighed for at udforske de livlige gader i Comuna 13, mens du møder lokale beboere og kunstnere, en unik kulturel og mindeværdig oplevelse. Lær forholdet mellem de kriminelle grupper at kende, voldelig fortid med den nye generation, overvindelsen af en borgerkrig og et nyt håb for samfundet.

Highly recommended if you’re visiting Medellín and want to immerse yourself in a cultural experience. The art, music and vibrance were major peak points during our tour. Our guide Johan provided us with detailed information regarding the history and culture of Comuna 13. Great experience!

Great experience of commune 13, being a private group we could go at our own pace and enjoy how much morality we wanted. Daniel the guide was spectacular, highly informed of the situation of commune 13 and its sad history of the past. We also received local snacks and felt very safe going with a local.
Esteban was a great tour guide. He offered alot of historical information about the indigenous people of the area, the afro Colombian relevance and the tragic past experienced by the residents of the community! Its so bright and beautiful, but every image “paints a story”. Love it!
The Tour was amazing, you know many beautiful parts and that is by bike gives you a plus, plus the guide who is called Yander is exceptional! Wonderful person, very friendly and good vibe. Definitely the best options to do for Medellin. Super recommended.
