Combo Camel Beach Ride og UTV 4X4 Cabo Eventyr, Tequila &

I ordered this adventure online and had some issues come up. I kept calling prior to the trip but no one responded. It was a 50th birthday so some details were important. The whatsup correspondence sent me to the wrong location which separated me and my party. It was a 30 minute confusion. I ordered all through viator but Cactus Tours picked up 2 people from resort and they gave me driving directions to Baja tours. It all worked out but it was a much longer experience than I would have wanted on a Birthday.

It was a great experienced with our tour guide Eduardo as our first visit here in Cabo with my family. Todo el content el service deposited of the initial processing from the ride, but I highly recommended also Ramon his a pro for accommodating us with our combo ride. And also special mention to Baltazar for ur great tequila tasting as our last stop. You guys are a PRO! 👌👌👌♥️

ALINA is an excellent host, very helpful and always smiling. Beautiful attitude, attentive and very good presentation. He introduced me to the Camel tour where he explained about his two species of Camels, where they come from, their type of food and told me a little about his 45 camels where they are separated into two groups (young and adult). Before starting the tour, ALINA helped me put on the safety helmet along with the Arab turban. Skinny is the name of the Camel who gave me the beach tour, very quiet and obedient and Lola was another Camel with whom I could interact in stroking her beautiful fur, let me hug her and finally said goodbye with a warm kiss on my cheek. LUIS was my offroad guide. Excellent service, attentive to safety processes clarifying before making the tour so as not to suffer damage or cause any incident. The tour was spectacular, Luis always showing the signs of both slowing down, doing high and continuing. The path of the great route, the roads are very well done and safety was always a priority first of all. Thank you very much everyone, I hope to come back soon!

I really enjoyed the experience once we got out but I really hated ALL THE HIDDEN FEES!! A lot of the things they ask you to pay for with out V being upfront is unfair to the customer, I hated the fact they make you leave your phones so you’re unable to capture the experience. I believe the tequila tasting is a joke they only give you to half shots of liquor and then expect payment. You leave your phone but they have a photographer that in the end there’s another hidden fee of $125 for the pics. Our atv’s kept breaking down and interrupting our journey. But overall it was fun.

There so many other changes that is not included at the time you book and the atv I just keep cutting of and other one in the group stop had to pop on other they did say she can wait for other atv and the end .

The experience was great. Our guide Tony was amazing! However—-there are a bunch of hidden fees. When you purchase your tickets, the ATV’s are for manuals and not automatics. They charge 60-80 bucks to change it. Then you have you purchase insurance. And the gate fee of $25. And you can’t even take your cameras on the rides or tours. And their pictures are $20 each or $105 per person. We had a group of 8 so our group pictures were $195 for all of them. Also, out ATV’s broke down mid ride.

The cost associated with this trip was not worth it. Aside from paying for the tour, there was an additional $25 (US) per person in CASH park entrance fee. Which legitimate company asks for US dollars in cash. This was totally a shakedown.

When booking this excursions they let you know what's included (goggles, helmet etc) but NEVER disclose all the fees and whats included. So we had a party of 3. We paid for it separately so we could ride our own single ATV......well the ATV that's with this package is a gear shift one. We asked could we get the auto, yes you can but $50 usd extra and that one comes with insurance. Oh if you pay extra you can take your cell phone for your own pictures. They take over 100 pictures and videos. So we go to the counter to see pictures the gentleman at first said no you cannot buy one you have to buy all the photos, so as we walking away he comes and say you can buy individual for $20usd each. Well the experience and Rzer our guide was amazing but they need to do better disclosing everything.

Absolutely loved our experience! The guide was so friendly and very helpful! Definitely would do it again!
