Very disappointed ran around trying to find meeting point for 45 mins asked several people for help never did find it and finally a girl on a golf cart helped us and called them , they eventually sent the vouchers through what’s app so we did get in for a short time without any earbuds so just quickly got to go through it was extremely hot .

We would like to clarify what happened on the day of your tour. We sent you detailed meeting point instructions, your tickets, and information on how to access the audioguide app via email the day before your tour. Our guide waited at the designated meeting point from 2:30 PM until 2:55 PM and made multiple attempts to contact you by phone. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response. We understand that finding the meeting point can sometimes be challenging in Rome's busy areas, and we will review our instructions to make them even clearer. We're glad that eventually we were able to send the vouchers via WhatsApp so you could still enter the Colosseum, even if it was without earbuds and for a shorter time.
