Ticket instructions were very confusing causing most of our party to be late. We asked the guide to collect their tickets so they could meet us for the second part and he refused. Guide was rushed through the first part of the tour, frequently leaving his group behind. He was incorrect about the time we needed to be there for the second part of the tour and once again refused to give us our remaining tickets for the second part.
Our guide was knowledgeable and caring. She didn’t miss a beat and made the tour interesting for all involved.
Great tour, a lot of information! No lines and great narrative to help understand what we were looking at. Book earlier time slots, it gets very crowded.
Our guide was fantastic and I loved being able to skip the lines. However, our time was changed at the last minute and our guide didn’t accompany us into the colosseum. Also, finding our guide to start the tour was very confusing. We had to ask several people how to find it. Better instructions are needed because what was posted on the site and what was sent in the email the day before was different.
Our guide was great and we enjoyed the Colosseum Floor after Palatine Hill and the Forum. Very knowledgeable and articulate!
The tour guide was excellent; however, we receive an email a few days before the tour that the tour guide would not be accompanying us inside the Colosseum due to changing rules. There were a lot of other tour guides inside the Colosseum, so this particular company does not have access. Just be aware of that change if you book this. Otherwise, the rest of the tour was very informative.
We signed up for a very different tour and received something else. A collision tour turned into a tour in the outdoor heat of August, where 3 hours were spent in areas we did not intended to visit in the first place to lace. It’s extremely disappointing and not what we paid for. We were a group of 10 with 5 kids that was not ready for a day in the sun. We intentionally planned for a day at the collosium.
There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing this experience was!! The Colosseum was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures and videos we had viewed prior to the trip. It’s an absolute can’t miss but of course, keep in mind it will be crowded no matter when you go, lol! It’s still worth the time and effort. And if you can stay until sunset, you get some amazing pictures!

The meet up and check in process was efficient. It was a good overall history of the Forum and Palintine Hill. It was a quick part of the process and great photo ops. I wish I had got reentry access to b the Forum/Pallintine Hill. The Coliseum was magnificent but tour guide was not allowed to enter. I was unaware that was going to happen. It was a hot day so if visiting in the summer please hydrate plenty.
