From start to finish it was seamless experience dealing with Lakpura and their staff members, especially Ms Rupuni Hansika who coordinated my car service from the Airport to the Hilton in Colombo. The flight was delayed, but the car was waiting for me as discussed. Communication via WhatsApp was helpful. Great experience and I will be using the service on my return trip to the airport. After a long day of travel from Sydney, Australia it was wonderful to have someone assist us near midnight with easy collection. The airport was very chaotic and they made it easy to meet and take us to the hotel. Thanks to the amazing driver and I recommend this to anyone flying into Sri Lanka.

We booked our airport transfer to our hotel in Colombo city and were extremely impressed with the service. I worked with Raveesha, who was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to coordinate with. Upon arrival, our driver was already waiting, the car was spotless, and the ride was smooth and friendly. Due to Raveesha’s outstanding customer service, we decided to book the Colombo City tour with them as well. Everything was seamless. We were so pleased that we also arranged our return transfer to the airport through them. Once again, the driver was punctual, professional, friendly, and got us to the airport safely and on time.
