Our driver was waiting for us at the airport despite the plane being slightly delayed. He waited for us while we bought our SIM card and dropped us off at an ATM on the way. Driving is a bit scary, but that's how it is in Sri Lanka :) The contact with the agency via WhatsApp was excellent.

We booked all transfers and tours through Lakpura during our holidays here in Sri Lanka. Communication and punctuality were always perfect. We have always felt in good hands. All drivers were very safe on the road. The only thing that bothered us with a driver was the fact that he often wanted to turn us on some sightseeing (e.g. Herbal Garden, Tee Manufaktur etc.). However, we had been on your feet for over 24 hours and just wanted to get to the hotel as soon as possible. I can understand that as a driver you may need the commissions/gifts of the various companies, but after the third request that we simply want to go to the hotel, you should stop everywhere and want to persuade us to do any tours.

Perfect service, the driver was already at the airport and he help me to find the transfer for the next day with the same company, also Hansika was really kind and helpful so I think if you want to go in Sri Lanka you can ask help at Lakpura.
