They do not reply to Viator messages. Based on past experience with trip from airport to hotel, we found out they only reply to whatsapp or after Viator gets involved which is quite frustrating. Slightly late for pick up. Otherwise, smooth ride to airport. Driver friendly. Therefore cannot give 5 star review. Price reasonable, better than hotel rates
Booked Pick up from hotel to airport in Colombo. The Pick up was booked for 12.30am. They arrived 25 minutes late following a message from ourselves and two chase up calls from hotel reception. No explanation or apology. Not what is needed at that time of night. Would suggest strongly to avoid booking with them.
Dear Sir/Madam After we received your booking we have sent whatsapp msg to you & we suggest pick up time 12.30am according to your flight departure time is 4AM. Actually we suggest little earlier pick time because we know because of colombo traffic some delays can happen. You have sent 1st msg to us on whatsapp at 12.35am. 12.36am have replied to your msg yes driver on the way to your hotel & please wait. Then we received call from grandbell hotel & we explained them as well driver is on the way & we have enough time that is why we suggest 12.30am pick up. you can read our other reviews. Most of booking we picked up on time. Few bookings had little delays like 10 to 15 minutes due to colombo city traffics & some areas unfortunate traffic jams because of some accidents.you can read our other reviews also. 90% booking we picked up on time. Only few booking had little delays for pick up due to colombo city traffic jams. As we know dropped you to airport at 1.40AM for 4AM departure flight. That is why we suggest you to 12.30AM pick up. Anyhow we apologize for 25 minutes delay to pick up. Apart from this 25 minutes delay we hope no faults from us. Any how very sorry for this little delay. Thanks for travel with us.

Driver prompt and efficient. Used them twice and had positive experiences both times. Definitely recommend.
The company contacted us and told us they would pick us up at 4:30pm for transportation to our flight. After 15 minutes of waiting we contacted them via text and call to no response. After 35 minutes we booked alternate transportation as we were concerned about making our flight. At this time, we were contacted and the car arrived about 5-10 minutes after that. Other than late arrival, the transportation itself was good.
Dear Sir/Madam Our driver arrived at 4.30pm.but shangri la hotel not allowing to park the at in front of hotel. We have to park car at the underground car parking. When you came out from the hotel then we need to come again from the underground car park at shangri la hotel. For come from underground car park to hotel exit need some time. Driver was awesome- on time, had no issues returning when I realised I had left a coat behind. Very pleasant drive. I wish I could have tipped but my money had gone!

I decided to try using this transfer to catch my flight home. Since the 19:45 departure to Narita, I wanted you to come to the Cinnamon Grand Hotel at 16:00. Eventually, I came to the hotel at 16:30 because there was an accident on the way. In the meantime, I was also informed that I would be late for the call. Safely, we drove on the highway on our way to the airport after 17:30. It was a safe driving dry bar, and I felt sincere when this taxi company gave me a sterilization set.

Srilankan people are very humble, My driver was very nice and professional! He was waiting on my hotel lobby and then I came down and took my ride to Colombo airport!
