Cocktailkulturen blev født under forbudsperioden, da alkohol var så potent og næsen krøllede, at bartendere og hjemmelavede bryggere begyndte at kombinere blandere med alkoholen for at gøre den mere smagfuld! Vi følger traditionen fra de tidlige mixologists og vil hjælpe dig med at lære, hvordan man laver rigtige forbuds æra cocktails. Så kom og nyd en 2 timers "Intim Cocktail Class" med prisvindende bartendere på en "Speakeasy" fra 1920'erne i det amerikanske forbudsmuseum!

We paid to do this tour. Our plane landed 4.5 hours late and we got to the museum right when the class ended. The will NOT refund your money under any circumstances if you miss even though the bartender assured our friends that did make the class that they would. Their customer service is terrible.
Connor was a fantastic guide! We had a great time learning how to mix some delicious cocktails, and enjoyed those cocktails and some snacks all while learning interesting bits of cocktail history and lore. In addition to a few specific drinks we came away with terrific advice on what to look for in a bar, how to ask for certain drinks, and some simple ratios and formulas for (near) foolproof experimentation. Connor created a fun and welcoming atmosphere and all present thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Highly recommend!
Our mixologist was super knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved the speakeasy atmosphere. It was fun to make our own drinks.

Congress Up staff did a great job of making the evening fun. We had delicious cocktails and learned about how to make them. We also learned the reasons and ratios behind creating cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This class was a ton of fun! The only downside was the AC wasn't working, so it was a bit toasty in that room. Leah did a great job both teaching and keeping it interesting.
This was an evening to remember! Connor was an excellent host who guided us through making several cocktails. Loved the energy and conversation with the group as well. Can’t wait to go home and try them out on my own!
