The transport from out VRBO to the port was smooth and uneventful. 2 weeks traveling with the family requires lots of luggage and patience! Both were in ample supply. The transport to the port was right!

Driver arrived a little early which was appreciated. Car was comfortable and had plenty of room for our 3 suitcases and 2 carry on bags. Had no problems on the drive to the cruise terminal. Would definitely use again.

Very easy pick up from our hotel, Doubletree Hotel in Monti and transport by private car to our cruise terminal which was about an hour away. Driver was safe and professional. Vehicle was spotless and comfortably fit our luggage.
Nice ride from airport to hotel, worked flawlessly
This is the 2nd time we booked a cruise ship transfer with Executive Rent through Viator and we are even happier with them this round. The company maintained great communication channels upon booking and confirmed the pickup time and location once more the night before the pickup. Our driver came early and found us in the lobby of the hotel - he was extremely nice and professional and helped us with our luggage. The Mercedes and new, clean, and comfortable and the driver treated us like VIPs. It was a smooth and comfortable ride from Rome to Civitavecchia and he was a pro navigating the cruise port area. We will use them again next time!
This was a hassle free way to get from City to the cruise port. Pricey, but convenient for 4 and luggage.
