So this review is a story of caution. The location of the cruise was changed by the local provider. CAUTION: Read carefully and follow the instructions to a correct cruise departure site. I did not do this and paid the price. Ordinarily, I would just say my mistake and move on with it. However, they were RUDE and extremely non helpful in getting me to the new location. It was essentially to bad. They they just stopped communicating. So for that I would say, do ANY OTHER TOUR but with them. We all make mistakes. I don't need to have rude customer service in addition.

Awful tour. Little to see. Almost no commentary. No-one told me the Danube Canal is not the Danube River. And it was barely an hour. Hugely disappointing

My experience was HORRIBLE. The Viator designated embarkation location was incorrect. It cost 30 euros round trip to travel to that location - where there was no boat. AND now Viator won't pay a refund when the mistake was theirs. I will never book with Viator again, and I advise you not to either

The address for meeting point is not listed on experience and I reached out twice to get it. (It’s listed on downloaded ticket but that took a while to get it.) Also, the tour goes by residential and unidentified areas with the guide only announcing one visible tower. The “art” mentioned is graffiti as far as I can tell which is interesting but not what I was hoping to see. If you want to take a boat ride on a canal and enjoy the weather or people watching along the banks of the canal, may be your cup of tea. I do not think the value of the experience is warranted by the cost

I thought the cruise was on the actual Danube River but it was just the channel. The biggest problem was TripAdvisor did not send the address with the tickets until after I had to call three times to talk to someone in UAE who I could not understand. Not the best experience but we made the best of it.
