Great trip around the city in a relaxing way
Great way to explore the city as well as being able to use this transport to get to booked excursions/places of interest.
The company policies are unclear and leave the rider confused. When questioned by the rider, the staff was discourteous and rude. The operator ushered us off the bus without a proper explanation of why the ticket indicated one policy but there was another policy in place. Because of this lack of communication/understanding, the riders were forced to find alternative means of getting back to their original destination.

Great tour and itinerary. You can either be in AC in lower deck or in the sun on upper deck…………………..

This tour was basically what I thought it was going to be. A chance to see the city and decide where we wanted to go back.

The AC on most of the buses didn’t work. They never mentioned to keep your tickets should you may want to add a second a day. Some of the staff were rude and should not be in a job dealing with tourists.
We had bought a 48 hour ticket, after a couple of hours we realised we had mi's placed out tickets, we were then advised they couldn't reprint tickets despite showing them our voucher, we were also left at the side of the road having to find our own way back into the city as the driver was rude and refused to allow us to get on for just a couple of stops to get to an easier spot to get another form of transport back. Even after contacting customer support we were told it was our own fault and essentially tough luck and to deal with it. For a major company this is not only disappointing but embarrassing behaviour.
Was less crowded than the red bus. Took over two hours for the red route. Did hit most landmarks. However, the narration was lackluster. I would like to have heard more in depth history. Stemmed mostly around architecture of social policies. There is so much history in Spain, pointing things out along the route would have been good but it was only a bit at the landmarks.

Booking was very easy. Meeting point easy to find. Very pleasant and professional welcome. 2 possible routes and connection points between the two. You see the essentials of what you need to see in Barcelona in good conditions. Perfect headset guide in several languages and perfect bus driver.
From the hotel got the 24hr pass starting about 1PM until 1PM the next day and thought it was a good use of time. However not impressed with the audio information with the tour. Very low quality and unable to hear anything. Weather was very hot in June and quite miserable overall. If had a chance to do over I would pick a local guided small group tour.
