The guide and driver both did an excellent job with our family. Amazing company. Could not recommend more highly!
Massimo picked us up right at port with new private van to cinque terre. Exactly what I was looking for - our guide Laura made all of the arrangements for ferry passage and moving us to each port. She gave good overview of the villages and allowed enough time in our own to eat and shop and enough flexibility in our day. Laura was fun and funny. Great day!
We loved the tour with Constanza to CT. Everything was very seamless and easy, given we had two kids, 9 and 11. Constanza had everything prepared and we boarded the ferry at good times and were able to see 4 towns, where we had a chance to walk around, sit in the restaurant and swim in the sea. Highly recommend to plan to swim in Monterosso, the sea is so beautiful and warm. The van ride was easy and peaceful. Overall, we loved it and recommend it highly.
Our private shore excursion from La Spezia was exceptional. Our guide, Costanza, and driver, Leonardo, were excellent. Due to weather conditions, we were not able to use the ferry, but train connections worked out well. We toured first Ponto Venere, then Riomaggiore, Vernazza, and Monterosso. She gave us plenty of time in each town with explanation first and was there promptly to meet us at each stop. We were picked up at the last town and returned in good time to our ship. The company was very easy to work with in preplanning and promptly responded to any questions. Highly recommend this tour.
Cinque terre private van from Livorno. Massimo was our driver and we had the best experience. He was communicative, punctual, gave us interesting information while we were driving but was not overbearing in any way. He was great would highly recommend

Our day started with torrential rain driving from Livorno port causing the ferry at Cinque Terra to cancel service. However, our Bellaitalia Tour driver Stefano was a careful good driver and our outstanding tour guide, Luigi, quickly modified the day's itinerary so we could visit the towns and make the best of the day .He arranged for trains to move from town to town since the ferry was not available By the time we arrived at Cinque Terre the rain eased up and moving from place to place was a breeze with Luigi purchasing train tickets at each stop while we took in the sites. Fortunately, by late morning the sun came out and all was well. Luigi was a most knowledgeable and entertaining guide. He escorted us through the towns and ensured that we knew where to shop and what to buy. As we moved about, Luigi was frequently greeted by locals. At one point I jokingly asked "is there anyone here that you don't know?" The day included a delicious lunch at an outdoor restaurant in Monterosso, joined by Luigi and followed by interesting walks through the narrow streets. We learned of his upcoming nuptials and even sent a group photo to his future wife. By the end of the day, Luigi and Stefano were not just driver and guide but our friends. I speak for our group of 6 when I say that we had a wonderful tour with Bellaitalia and applaud Luigi and Stefano! Grazie mille Mike G
We arrived at the port only to find out that the tour operator had not received the reservation so the driver was not there. We were told a driver could arrive in a couple hours. Rather than waste precious time, we purchased ferry tickets on our own and visited the 4 towns accessible by ferry. Cinque Terre is absolutely beautiful and an amazing place to visit. Viator did promptly refund the amount I paid in advance. I'm still not clear on whether Viator was at fault or the tour company.
