On time great customer service the driver was very helpful and informative great experience I was traveling alone and felt completely safe
Used this service for transfer to STI airport and would definitely recommend. Took about 1 hr and 45 mins but there was a little bit of traffic. Car was clean with nice music and ride was smooth. For a mega plus they offer WiFi !!! I booked this just for 2 but im sure they would be able to accommodate bigger groups. Definitely would use again.
Pick up was quick and easy! We had a nice and comfortable ride to our resort. Our driver was really nice and played awesome music.

I called when we were leaving the airport. The man on the phone said his driver would be there in around 30 minutes. After nearly an hour I used the airport phone to call back to ask where they were. They called back to my personal cell phone which I did not call from, incurring international charges on my phone. Apparently, the driver went to the wrong airport (POP instead of STI). The guy said he would be there in 45 minutes. I called again after an hour. The man on the phone said that his driver ran into traffic and would be another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, the driver FINALLY arrived, after we had been waiting for OVER 2 HOURS! The driver was nice enough and apologized for the inconvenience and offered to “buy us a beer”, but at this point we were exhausted, dehydrated, and jet lagged, and just wanted to get to our resort as soon as possible. It cost $120 and was advertised as having WiFi on board as well as Bottled water and Soda/Pop. There was no WiFi on board and we were offered absolutely nothing to drink, aside from the apologetic offer to “buy us a beer”, which was NOT on board. We were finally dropped off at our resort just AFTER 8:00pm.

Jr was amazing. He was very social and we all chatted with him the entire hour ride. He gave us some good tips on our trip and was very personable. Thank you Jr for such a great experience. 🩷
Friendly and helpful. They were on time and constantly made contact to let us know they were there and where they were waiting. It was a smooth ride with music.
