Chochołow termiske bade er det største termiske kompleks i Podhale-regionen. Vandet i puljer udvindes fra en dybde på næsten 3600 meter under jorden og er rig på næringsstoffer som svovl, magnesium, natrium eller calcium - siges at have en gavnlig indflydelse på sundheden medicinsk og terapeutisk. I alt er der over 30 svømmebassiner, hvor vandtemperaturen raser fra 32 til 36 grader Celsius. Vandtønder er placeret både indendørs og udendørs. At tilbringe tiden der om aftenen kan være en virkelig afslappende oplevelse.

Very well organised, they kept in touch via WhatsApp. The pickup was on time and the journey in a very new minibus with a highly competent driver was flawless. Entry into the spa is included and the driver sorted all that out.
This was fun, but beware the listing is misleading. I don’t think it was done purposely. However, this is like a water park. There are children everywhere, which is fine if you’re expecting a water park. This was marketed as a relaxing evening in a spa like environment where you can relax in thermal pools with great views. It’s really just a bunch of heated pools inside and outside with splash pads for kids. The thermal pools containing the mineral water pumped up from the ground is not only an extra fee, but it also requires you to be naked to enter. I wish we were told that before booking the trip. My husband and I just hung out in an outdoor pool with a swim up bar. It was fine. Just not as expected. It was also pretty busy, so relaxation was out of the question. There were also no views. We got to see the countryside and the mountains as we were driving in but that was it. Our guide was great and everything ran on time. They picked us up around 4:30pm and we got there around 6pm. We left around 9pm and got back to Krakow around 10:30pm. They do have a swim shop where you can purchase flip flops. There is a restaurant inside.
The whole experience was incredible, from the drive to the spa to the spa itself. Karol , our driver, was so friendly, professional, and helpful. He provided us with all the information we needed, helped us check in when we arrived, and even directed us to our lockers, making everything completely stress-free. He was also perfectly on time for both pick-up and drop-off. The spa itself is absolutely amazing. The views are stunning, there are plenty of pools to choose from, and the entire experience was relaxing from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting. It was one of the highlights of our trip!

Thank you to Michal who maintained excellent communication with us before our collection. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the thermal baths and gave us lots of interesting information before we arrived and tips for while we were there! He even arranged a closer drop off for us to our hotel on the way back so that we didn’t have to walk as far at night. The baths were sensational!!!! 3 hours was enough time to enjoy the baths and grab some food there too.
