The spectacular tour, the very good guide, told us many things that we did not know about his great level of knowledge. The most affordable price of all the agencies we had contacted. They came to pick us up at the hotel at the agreed time. Everything was great!

Very good coordination of the logistics team, it is very well spent on and off the transport bus, all the guides are very interesting, excellent service.

Long ride and a long day but totally worth it! Our guide, our drivers, and the staff at each stop were great! We did the early tour which started with lunch once we got to the area, then the Chichén Itzá ruins and a gorgeous cenote. Our tour guide at the ruins even helped us get a family photo together! I recommend this tour to anyone looking to learn more about Mayan culture.

This tour was NOT what I purchased! The tour operator completely changed the stops/which ceynote they were going to AFTER I purchased this tour! I purchased a tour called "Chichén Itzá de Lux Tour No extra charges". Since the purchase, the tour operator changed the name AND the stops/destinations. Do not rely on this tour operator to actually go where they say the tour will go. I chose this tour option specifically for the fact that it was SUPPOSED to only be two stops: Chichen Itza and a ceynote that is not Saamal/Selva Maya, since I had already been to that ceynote. I also did not want to go to Valladolid again, as I find it is something you only need to see once. This tour was a huge waste of time with extra driving around. Usually tours that go to Saamal ceynote have a buffet lunch there at the ceynote. In this case, the tour operator drove all the way to Chichen itza area, then went even further out of the way to go to a mayan place to shop/eat. This was a big waste of time, we could have just eaten at the ceynote. They made us shop for nearly an hour before getting to eat, wasting more time. It was so many hours of wasted time driving around and being forced to shop. They also included the time it took to park the bus in our 2 hours of Chichen Itza time, so we did not have a full 2 hours at Chichen. All I wanted to do on this tour was go to Chichen Itza, and a ceynote that I had never been to before & hopefully return in a reasonable amount of time. Instead, it was about 12 hours including driving around going to places that I had already been to. I will never purchase a tour from AXG travel again, and suggest that you do not as well.

The whole team always overlooks us and very friendly. They are also very punctual both to pick you up and in the times during the tour. I would definitely repeat with them again! Viri and Betito very nice and attentive.

Amazing experience! Miriam and Speedy are the best. Very passionate about rich Mayan history. You will learn a lot and expect a full day. Highly recommend.

the driver and the assistant, Ocar, were great. But the tour guide was not so professional while doing the transition. Too many shopping tours, and very bed itinerary arrangement. We left at 7 am and spent the whole morning on shopping tours. In the end, we were back to our hotel at 9:30 pm. that's really late even not many restaurants for us for dinner.

Pick up was late, and our driver never even asked to see confirmation of our tickets. He ended up taking a young couple on a long,crowded ride, for nothing. There were probably 12 people crowded into an 8 passenger van and the driver made several maneuvers through traffic that I was sure would end us in an accident. The young couple who had inadvertently gotten on the wrong trip was packed off in a taxi and sent away by themselves in a country that they didn't even know the language. We had been told it was a 2 hour bus ride to the location which actually took closer to 4,and a 12 hr tour lasted 16 hours. We left our resort shortly after 7am and didn't get dropped off until after 11pm that night. Not something I would do again.

In my experience, my family and I received excellent service both when booking and when picking us up at our hotel. The guides are certified professionals and explain very well what we need to know about each place we visit and they do it in a very pleasant way. ...I highly recommend it, you can't miss out on enjoying this great tour, if you come to Cancun take advantage of it!
