I had scheduled a pick up time and due to thunderstorms in Chicago. I had to reschedule at the last minute my pick up time to a later time. The dispatcher was kind and considerate and helped me rebook my pick up time to get me from downtown Chicago to O’Hare airport timely At the last minute the United Airlines moved the departure time earlier. Luckily the driver arrived early and I was able to make it to the airport to drop off my luggage in the nick of time. The Driver drove quickly and safely to the airport and helped me stay calm as he assured me we would be there on time. This is a great company.

I usually use Uber to get from Uptown to Chicago O'Hare Airport, but Echo Limousine has spoiled me. Echo provides courteous, timely airport transportation. Booking online/via app is easy. My driver Hassan arrived early and provided excellent service. If there is an issue you can text/call Echo for immediate assistance. I will definitely be using them going forward to never miss a flight.

This is the first time we have used Echo Limousine and it will definitely not be the last!
