The driver was there waiting for me, he was professional, and nice, took my bag, gave me water when we got to the car, drove well, and car was clean.

We book transportation for 20pax with Lily Chen. She is so nice and generous, helping me out in every aspect of our trip. Our 5 days road trip covering several area in Sichuan was memorable and we had so much fun. Lily and Mr Lin(bus driver) make all at ease, helping us with kids, luggages, making sure we are safe. Contacted on a Sunday for an airport transfer for a medium sized group the next day. Lily promptly responded and provided some really good options at fair prices. She followed up to ensure our ride was on time. We had a great experience and will plan to use this company in the future
Flew connecting at Chengdu Airport. The transfer lasted twelve hours and I am legally able to claim transit and obtain a transit visa directly at the airport by filling out a form. The border guards refuse to let me out of the city, they banished me to the departure lounge without explanation and I had to sit at the airport for 12 hours between two and ten hour flights. The border guard was arrogant and arrogant, unwilling to look at the documents at all. I will never buy a ticket from Chengdu airport again.

Lily is great!. Drivers are professional. Cars modern and clean. We used her company for other trips in Chengdu. She even helped me get tickets to a sports game and her driver went out of the way to help me. Will definitely use again. Recommended!
This was the easiest & best way to get to our hotel after a very long travel day. Lily was incredible to work with and took all of the guess work out of booking a ride. Would recommend to anyone flying into TFU!
I had booked this from Europe with two flights - first one was heavily delayed and I ended up flying into a different airport in the city. The limousine service Managed to have a driver at my final destination at the right time in spite of all the changes and did not charge me anymore. Great service.

Promptly picked up and delivered the trip from the airport to the hotel. Driver forgot my pick up at the Hilton leaving me nervously awaiting a ride that never came. Fortunately the good people at the hotel called a taxi. Luckily had plenty of time to spare.
Dear Steven, Truly apologize for the no show of our driver. I thought everything was well arranged,but when I got your phone call in the early morning at 5:40am,I was surprised that our driver did not show up as planned. I completely understand how upset you must feel, especially you were planning to catch the morning flight. We always try our best to make our customers’ traveling experience easy and enjoyable, and we hold our service to a very high standard. However in this case, we clearly fell short. I requested Tripadvisor customer service to refund the full roundtrip transfer tour expense to you as soon as I know our driver did not show up. I know the refund can not make it up the mistake we had caused, however, hopefully you can accept our sincere apology . In fact,your review is our first low rated review since we had established, it is a harsh lesson to our team ,we will definitely sum up and be even more careful when we do tour arrangement to avoid the further mistakes and ensure our clients’ travel experience. We had arranged for a private one-way transfer from Chengdu to Tangjiahe National Nature Reserve (~7hrs drive) for travel on 7th April 2019. Lily provided very prompt service; she was always available on WeChat, even late into the night, on weekends and even on public holidays. We had initially just booked for one car to head up to Tangjiahe. At the last minute (literally the night before the scheduled morning departure), we had to add one more car because one of our friends wanted to come along and there was no more space in the first car. Lily responded promptly and confirmed the second car and driver within the hour! I must stress that this happened late on a Saturday evening, for departure on a Sunday morning; following a public holiday (Qing Ming). I was amazed at the speed and efficiency at which she responded and confirmed the arrangements. And she is always so polite. Lily is fluent in English, which makes it easy for English-speaking travellers to communicate with and confirm arrangements with her. The cars that came were very clean and new. The drivers were very polite and pleasant and drove safely. Lily ensured the 2 drivers kept in contact with one another so that us, friends can travel together, despite being in 2 separate cars. I would very highly recommend her services to anyone planning to travel around Sichuan. Personally, I will definitely use her again should I ever have the good fortune to visit Sichuan again.
I really suggest this rental company if you have to move around the Chengdu area! they are helpful and very kind Lily Chen organized everything perfectly go ahead like that guys!
