We had a wonderful and memorable day at the Chengdu Panda Base thanks to Michelle. She was an excellent communicator and explained everything in a clear, engaging, and interesting way. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Michelle for our trip to the Chengdu Panda Base. She was punctual, well-prepared, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to the pandas.
