Cham Island Sea Trek og Snorkling af Speedboat

The sea trek was fun but snorkeling was a little disappointing. It was too short. The seafood lunch was mediocre at best. While coming back our boat hit other boats and hit the shore a few times which was unexpected. They kept telling us to sit in the back of the boat when we didn't want to. No snorkeling instruction provided. Sea trek felt like they only cared about taking photos. We fed a bunch of fish. I learnt later that we were feeding them bread which is apparently not good for the fish at all. 300000 dong is too much per person for photos. They removed the helmet too abruptly when we got out. We didn't get snorkeling fins. The groups with white people got more attention. Overall it felt like a money grab. They picked up and dropped us off from our hotel in danang which was really nice.

Worst experience ever! The tour guide was rude and had other rude male colleagues. The only nice person was the guide lady, who always made sure that everyone was okay, she made sure that everyone was in the boat before leaving. The rest of the team was not helpful but instead rude! I didn't enjoy anything about my tour. Firstly the guy who fetched me from my shuttle took me to some shop for me to buy things I had told me I wouldn't be allowed entry if I didn't have the staff he was asking me to buy, I had to WhatsApp the person who confirmed my booking and pickup spot if this was true.. He told no but I only had to buy a towel since I was not told to bring one! The tour included lunch and 90% of the food prepared was seafood, I don’t eat seafood and with all the tours I have done here in Vietnam meal requirements/ preferences are asked, not with SeaTrek. I would look for other companies for this tour as Cham Island is a beautiful Island but the level of service from SeaTrek took that away from me. WOLO South Africa please do your homework before referring us to such companies.

We had a great time enjoying the Sea Trek (underwater walking) and snorkeling throughout the day. We were collected from our hotel and delivered to the port in plenty of time, the paperwork and planning prior to getting on the speedboat appeared chaotic, though it worked. The trip to Cham Island was great and uneventful. We were all organised into groups for the underwater walk and had 15 minutes underwater. Lunch was a large smorgasbord of local food, which was too much to finish. We arrived back at our hotel, tired though from a great day out.

Everything was great and team was lovely. They were very safe conscious and Had good communication so we always knew what was happening

Thank you Sony and Hoai and the whole crew for taking good care of us on the trip to Cham Island makibg it safe and enjoyable. The sea trek was an experience and the diver was very attentive but pity, the water was not clear at all so we couldn’t see much except the fish up close. All in all, it was a fun and relaxing day.

Great experience! Well organized and very communicative. Saw a ton of fish on the sea walk! The lunch on the beach was delicious

First time trying sea walking and with a family youngest 8yo eldest 66yo. The guide was attentive and provide guidance before we head down. There were 2 divers to direct us under water. It’s an unique experience with fishes coming close to you. Get to snorkel after as well. A good half day spent, weather is hot though so sunblock, hats and water will do the trick

It was a good trip. Diving and Snorkeling It was fun. Lunch was also delicious. The transparency of the ocean was very good. I want to come back.

Fantastic trip with outstanding snorkeling. Guides were nice. Lunch was tasty as well. Really enjoyed the excursion and would highly recommend.

What amazing experience. You get so much more than what they had on offer. Sony was great! He had a good supportive team aswell. Very professional.
