Dyk dig ned i en privat madlavningskurs hjemme hos det lokale, lær hemmelighederne i de mest berømte retter fra Verona køkken og smag på frugten af dit arbejde ledsaget af et udvalg af lokale vine. I løbet af lektionen afslører den lokale hjemmekog tricks i handlen med 3 autentiske Verona-opskrifter. Ha det sjovt at sætte dine madlavningsevner på prøve. Hver deltager har en arbejdsstation udstyret med redskaber og alle ingredienser til at lave opvasken. Smag derefter alt, hvad du har forberedt, ledsaget af et udvalg af røde og hvide lokale vine. Cristiana was wonderful! She welcomed me with my husband and 2 girls (9/11) into her house for an amazing private cooking class. She was very lovely and accommodating with us. She is an excellent teacher and we loved learning to make pasta and tiramisu with her. My 9 y/o girl doesn’t like tiramisu and we made a variation of the original recipe with strawberry and it was amazing! My girl loved it and ate all of it. We made 2 pasta dishes with different sauces and both were yummy. She opened a great red wine bottle that went very well with the pasta. I would recommend her 💯! Thank you for amazing class and wonderful time in your home. We loved feeding the chickens who all had different names! Made with love 💕
Michela and Moreno made us feel immediately at home. They welcomed us with an aperitif based on local products and there was immediate harmony between them and our entire group. Michela was able to pass on the passion for fresh pasta even to one of the group who did not even want to try. We chatted a lot with them and the dinner was delicious! Thanks again to both of you for the beautiful evening!
Michela, is just great! She ist so lovely and has just patient with children! You feel directly like home in her place and it’s super central. I offered this experience for my son’s birthday. She also baked a delicious chocolate cake with the kids! Making pasta with an original Italian chef was so great. She gave us many tips and we had all a great time and a super lunch 👌 thank you so much!
What a great experience and so much fun! Michela taught my husband and I to make potato gnocchi & pumpkin gnocchi. She welcomed us into her home with a wonderful snack and excellent conversation. Then we got to work in her lovely kitchen. She is an excellent teacher and very personable. We left feeling like we had made a new friend and ready to try making gnocchi at home. We will be back for more lessons when we return to Verona. Do not hesitate to take this class.
We were lucky to be with Cristiana, who treated us incredibly! I came with my mom and the food was delicious, Cristiana took the time to explain it to us in detail and then we ate the pizza and tiramisu in her garden with a good wine. Experience of 100! I would repeat it again or try a new one for sure. Thank you!

My husband and I did a private cooking class with Michela. It was amazing! She was incredibly kind and welcoming, with a depth of knowledge and experience in cooking. The dishes she made with us were absolutely delicious, and she helped us understand how we can easily recreate them at home. We loved this class and thoroughly enjoyed our time talking with and learning from her. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to engage more with the genuine culture and food.
They cancelled our cooking class 2 days before as the cook was ill, and with 500 chiefs, then have someone substitute. No response for these 4 days from them. Paid them $336. Horrible PR
