Seeing the mosque and Medina were incredible. Semo was a fantastic guide. He took us to a wonderful authentic Moroccan restaurant for a wonderful lunch.

Picked up on time. Quick photo stop at Ricks Cafe onto Mosque which was informative. The rest of tour consisted of drive round, a quick walk round small market. The guidevthen stopped at a cafe for lunch 6 wanted to eat 4 didnt...told to return in 40 mins to continue tour. On return found food yet to be served and guide not to be found Walked back to main square and found the other couple had done the same...4 out of 10 had left this tour. Lunch was not included and not on agenda so why stop. Suggest to Mosque and do not book this disappointibg tour

Tour was a great way to see many different sights and parts of Casablanca. Hicham the tour guide was knowledgeable and Taha navigated the Casablanca traffic with ease.

We had a fantastic experience in Casablanca with our guide, Simo. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, which made the tour easy and enjoyable. He was also very generous with his time and made sure our small group had a wonderful visit without ever feeling rushed. At the mosque, our guide Abdel was equally impressive, smart, friendly, and able to explain everything in a clear and simple way that made the experience meaningful for everyone. Highly recommend this tour through Premium Transfers and Tours. If you get Simo and Abdel, you’re in great hands.

The tour guide did not follow the itinerary and we didn't visit the places described. The visit yo the mosque was perfect but all the operator did was drop us off there and other guides took over. The tour went downhill from there. The guide was getting angry at our questions, there were ,8 of us on the bus, and it was very, very uncomfortable. We all decided as a group to cut our losses and just all get dropped off at the cruise shuttle bus stop. The driver Joseph was great, but he was at the mercy of the your leader.

Before arrival our cruise itinerary changed and we were due to arrive two days later. I went online and was able to change the date very easily with no extra cost. We were met at the agreed meeting point in the square having caught the shuttle bus from the port. Our vehicle was a very smart , 8 seater car and we were a small group of 6. At the mosque we were included in a larger group with a local guide. It seemed a bit large to begin with but actually worked well and the guide was very good. The mosque is absolutely amazing and should not be missed if you visit Casablanca. The driver also took us on a tour around the city and was happy to change the itinerary as requested by the group. A much better small group experience and half the cost of the excursion offered by the ship. Would definitely recommend.

We had booked a private tour of Casablanca. We were really looking forward to the tour. The communications during the booking was helpful. On the morning of the tour our driver/guide reached out to us on WhatsApp. However, our cruise ship could not dock in Casablanca because of a port closure. I contacted Premium Transfers and Tours and informed them of the situation and asked for a refund … it was promptly processed. We had heard other tours booked through a larger booking group did not get refunds. So even though we could not go on our tour, I still rating them 5 out of 5.
