Carmona was very nice to visit. Our guide Jose Luis made it interesting and fun. I would recommend visiting Carmona with Jose Luis if you have visited the majority of the main attractions in Seville.
The driver was so helpful with my mother and the heat. He accommodated all we needed!

I give five stars to the Lucas guide who was outstanding, the best person to talk about the history and navigate the organization of the tour to offer us the best experience. However, I give Naturanda 1 star for organization. The circuit that is presented in the offer is not the one delivered to us. First, we booked the tour in French that was offered. Fortunately, the guide was able to juggle French and English throughout the tour, because we were the only French. The itinerary was to include a 2 hour trip to the necropolis and the Roman ruins (which was the part we were most interested in) and a 2 hour trip to the city. close the site at 17:45 (we were supposed to leave Seville at 16:00, but after picking up the other participants at different points, we arrived at the necropolis at 17:30) and the rest of the tour we walked around the city. Luckily the guide was really professional.

Great tour from Seville from our small cruise ship. Miguel was a good guide/driver. Because this was a private tour we requested our pick-up from the ship. Viator told us that we had to get ourselves to the Naturanda office for the pick-up. We did the 15 minute walk to the Naturanda office from our ship. Miguel was prompt at 9:30 and brought the van up to us. He commented that for private tours he normally picks guests up from their hotel or the ship but Viator has stopped them from doing that on the last 3 private tours he has guided. Ours from our ship and 2 others from hotels. The hotel guests had to either walk ot taxi further away from their hotel for the pick-up spot. So if booking for a private tour you should insist on pick-up from your hotel or the ship. The drive to the Necropolis was uneventful. The site is really good. We have done many roman ruins and burial sites. This site is real and not super turistic which was great. The small museum was educational. We enjoyed it. We then toured Carmona. It was Palm Sunday. We were able to visit inside 2 Catholic Churches during Mass; very special for us. We were dropped at our ship, not the Naturanda office by Miguel. Very nice half day tour. Our only wish was that Viator did not mess with Naturanda picking up private bookings from their hotel or the ship. We recommend this tour for anyone desiring to see Roman history and a very cute city.

Necropolis not visited on Saturday 1 November. According to the guide, the site was closed on that day. The visit to Carmona was not so bad despite the falling darkness.

Wij betreuren het ten zeerste dat u ongemak heeft ondervonden en namens de hele organisatie bied ik u onze oprechte excuses aan voor het ongemak. Het is mogelijk dat door onvoorziene omstandigheden sommige delen of fasen van de ervaring niet verlopen zoals aangegeven in de productbeschrijving, maar ons personeel doet altijd zijn uiterste best om de bezoeken zo compleet en interessant mogelijk te maken, gezien de omstandigheden. Our guide Ivan provided an excellent and informative trip this morning. There were 7 of us in the bus and the commentary was both English and Spanish, we paced and excellent detail. We walked round Old Town Carmona, visited the oldest church and the Alcazar ( for the view as its now a hotel) and Ivan gave a great history background. We then went to the Roman Necropolis for another fab piece of history. Great half day out. Thank you Ivan
This half day tour was excellent. Our Guide Jose Luis was very engaging and full of interesting information. He took us all over the small town of Carmona and showed us corners not normally seen with other tours. We were a small group and he provided and unforgettable tour. He made sure that everyone understood his explanations. He took us up to the tower and provided so much interesting history about this quaint town. He even dropped us off closer to Plaza de Espana as a favor and we were very grateful. We took three tours with Naturanda tour company and would use them again.
