Tour was canceled because of weather which was 68 & sunny. We were notified by email not text, so spent a lot of wasted time waiting for the Tour guide to show up
Hi Mark, The tour was cancelled due to the weather, as the conditions were causing branches from the 200-year-old trees to fall onto the paths we would have been walking, making it unsafe to proceed. I’m sorry that you didn’t see the email regarding the cancellation and that this resulted in any wasted time or inconvenience. I hope you still had a lovely time exploring the city. Great tour! James was really friendly and knowledgeable, and he showed us around Cardiff really well. I especially liked how he shared recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area too. Would definitely recommend!

This tour was a fantastic introduction to the city. I had limited time so wanted an overview so I could explore by myself for the rest of the day and it was great for that.
We were in Cardiff for the day so we visited the castle and then chose this walking tour. Our guide's name is James Wilcox and he was excellent! Great communication and he gave us the guided walking tour. James is professional, courteous and personable. He shared lots of information and answered all of our questions. He tailored the tour to our requests and was so helpful with recommendations of other things to do and see while in Cardiff. I highly recommend this tour and do request James for your guide! This is a perfect way to see and learn more about Cardiff and it is an easy walk. We were blessed with fabulous weather which made this walking tour even better! 5 stars for this tour and for James our wonderful guide.
