Vi vil besøge bygninger, mindesmærker, statuer og steder, der har et link tilbage til Anden Verdenskrig, og jeg vil dele min kærlighed til emnet og bringe historien til live ved at fortælle dig de personlige historier om de involverede mennesker ved hjælp af mange fotografier fra arkiv. Turen er sjov, engagerende, velundersøgt og indsigtsfuld, men aldrig tør. Jeg glæder mig til at rejse tilbage i tiden med dig! Vi besøger ikke La Cité (middelalderborgen) Vi mødes på restauranten Brasserie de 4 Temps.

Really enjoyed learning about the history of Carcassonne during WWII. Our guide was informative, engaging, and helped brought so much more to our trip to carcassonne. I gained a lot more appreciation for what this area went through during that time. Highly recommend it!

Very intelligent and knowledgeable guide. Even though the weather was hot at 37degrees, my partner managed to engage the whole time. I learnt so much and I would 100% recommend this tour with Paul. We saw parts of carcassonne that we would never normally have seen.
A fantastic tour. Paul was a great engaging guide and we heard and learnt so many interesting things that we wouldn’t have known about from walking round Carcassone ourselves. Highly recommend this if you’re interested in how WW11 impacted this area of France and the heroic people that emerged. Really interesting stuff about the Pyrenean escape lines. Thanks Paul.
Excellent tour with Paul - the tour was very interesting and informative and the vintage photos he showed us of the Nazis in Carcassonne and the resistance fighters brought the war years to life.
Excellent tour. Engaging and informative. Very professionally run. Well paced - unhurried, but we covered a good area of the city and saw things that ordinarily would not be noticed

A fascinating, if at times sad, insight into Carcassonne and its heroes during WW2, brought to life by Paul, a passionate and knowledgeable guide. At just over 2 hours long, the tour, a mix of walk and talk, was great value for the amount we paid. Highly recommended.
