We had an incredible time on the tour. Our tour guide, Mario, was amazing the entire time. He listened to our wishes, took us to fantastic places and gave us an insight into the sights at Capri. We highly recommend the tour and Mario as the guide. 10/10.

It was a perfect day. David was our captain and he was calm and accommodating. He showed us all of the grottos, stopped to let us swim for a bit, and shared some history of the island. It was definitely a highlight of our time in all of Italy.

Overall, I would not recommend booking a tour with this company. While the views were absolutely stunning, the experience with the company was anything but. We booked through Viator and received confirmation weeks in advance. Then the day before our tour, we received a notification with a different time from our Viator confirmation. When we reported the discrepancy we were told we were wrong and we could not have the time that had been confirmed over a month before and we would have to switch times which required us to spend an additional $175 on ferry tickets because the ones we paid for conflicted with their new time. No refund or discount was offered. Clearly they double booked our time slot and we were given a “take it or leave it” choice despite our confirmed time slot from Viator. We decided to rearrange our entire day and accept the different time and the extra ferry cost even though we did nothing wrong. While the views were absolutely great, countless companies offer this service and you would be better off going with another company.
We are very sad to read this review. You made a reservation on June 10, informing of the meeting point, you realize that the date you booked was wrong. You booked for June 10 instead of July 10. Instead to charge you for the wrong date, we changed the date to July 10, confirming the starting time at 3:00pm instead of 10:00am. When we organize the boat tour we must do it in advance this is why it is not easy to make last minute changes. When you told us that you had the ferry back to Sorrento, we were able to check for you and inform you to the additional departure time from Capri to Sorrento. You thanked us for that and said that everything could be done as previously agreed. You were completely happy of the service because you gave €100 tip to the captain. Correspondence between you and our company available. As the tour specify the starting place is Capri island and not other cities and we are not responsible of the expenses you should pay to arrive at the meeting point. We gave you all the info to the ferry counter, you had enough time to change the departure time your tickets. We never double booked our tours. We must confirm very in advance the times. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
Excellent boat trip with a great captain- Francisco who was so knowledgeable, courteous and a gentleman- highly recommend the experience- and of course the most beautiful island in the world!!

We travel well - this exceeded expectations. Boat was nicer than pictures represent, captain was great, experience was 10/10, private boat is the way to go.

Marvelous experience! Very flexible personal, even in rescheduling due to unexpected rain shower! We visit the most beautiful island spots. Swimming in very nice caves and relaxing on the boat. The skipper was super friendly very informative and well mannered. Very well organized and enjoyable boat trip.

What a fantastic experience to admire Capri from the sea!! Truly a ride that leaves you speechless!! The blue sea, crystal clear, enchanting landscapes and suggestive caves!! Not to be underestimated Peter our captain who with his sympathy, experience and joy made this fantastic trip a beautiful moment that we will always remember with so much affection and gratitude.
