Our tour got canceled last minute due to weather, but the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, were very polite, and refunded us with no hassle. Disappointed we couldn’t go, but impressed with how they handled it!

Big shoutout to the staff for being so kind and professional. The guide took his time to explain everything, and the boat crew was super attentive. I get seasick easily, and they were quick to help and even offered a ride back to shore if needed. A+ service!

From start to finish, this tour was amazing. The shipwreck site was my favorite part—such a cool and eerie experience! We saw a lot of marine life and the equipment was clean and well maintained. Everything felt organized and fun.

Unfortunately, our tour was canceled due to bad weather, but the team handled everything perfectly. They notified us early, explained the situation, and processed our refund right away. Great service and communication—we’ll definitely book with them again next time we’re in Cancun.

We had such a great time on this snorkeling tour! The guides were friendly, helpful, and really made us feel safe in the water. The underwater statues were stunning, and we even spotted a couple of sea turtles. Everything ran smoothly from hotel pickup to drop-off. Highly recommend!

Received notification that we would be picked up at 10:40; asked to be waiting 10 min early. We were waiting in the lobby for 45 min and no ride in sight. I reached out to the tour operator and was notified at that point that the port authorities had cancelled all tours first thing in the morning, but they could accommodate that afternoon. If that were the truth, there is no excuse for us not being notified and left waiting for a ride that was not coming. We went to a tour company located in our resort who looked it up on his phone, & the port was not closed. Their company was operating business as usual. This made matters worse. Had the tour operator been honest with us from the start, and told us whatever the true reason was for cancelling our tour, we could have been more understanding, however dishonesty is never acceptable. Really disappointed because our family was looking forward to the trip.

On the day of your scheduled tour, the Port Authority did cancel all sea activities due to unsafe conditions, and as a licensed operator, we are required to follow their instructions for your safety and the safety of our crew. While we can't speak for other companies or their decisions, we stand by our commitment to safety—even when that means making difficult calls like canceling a tour. That said, we completely understand your frustration. You should have been notified in advance, and we sincerely apologize for the lack of timely communication. That’s on us, and we take full responsibility. We did our best to reach all affected guests, but unfortunately, we missed notifying you in time, and we regret leaving you waiting and disappointed. It was awesome to see a sea turtle. We saw many fish and some coral as well. My older kids loved it! (10 and 12) my youngest- it was a little much for her (7). I don’t blame this on the tour. The guide was very helpful and accommodating. Also, at the beginning of the tour there could have been more instructions about when to change, and what was happening when. This tour has a lot of swimming in comparison to other snorkel tours I’ve done.

Super incredible guides and instructors. I wasn't a very confident swimmer when booking the tour but I did so as a way to face my fears (no, I never claimed to be smart.) The guides were very patient with me and very supportive. They are all wonderful people who make sure your safety and enjoyment as their ultimate priority. We saw so many cool things on the tour. I unfortunately started to feel ill towards the end, but they helped me get back to the boat very quickly and did what they could to help me feel better. Our first date got cancelled due to forecast calling for bad weather but upon calling them, we got it rescheduled no problem. So long as you stay in contact with them and be kind, remembering that they are also human beings you shouldn't have any issues. They got so many cool photos and videos, we opted to get our photos at the end and I'm glad we did. I'm a professional photographer and I can say with confidence that the woman doing the photos is incredible at her job. They're constantly checking on you and making sure you're having a good time. If you come to Cancun, you need to do this tour, plain and simple. Just check the weather forecasts first and plan accordingly!

This was a great excursion. We were picked up at the hotel on time without any fuss. Once at the port, we were given equipment and had a little test run at the harbour. The team then took us out to visit a cenote, underwater museum, sea turtles and a shipwreck, all as described. The guide Carlos was great showing us around and explaining. My partner is not a very confident swimmer in open waters and Carlos let her hold onto a lifebuoy while he pulled it, which made the experienceso much better for her. We got to see so many turtles! The captain Fernando was very friendly and helpful as well. All in all this is a tour I can highly recommend.
