**Afhentning i lufthavnen:** Ved ankomst skal du samle din bagage og gå til ankomsthallen. Din chauffør venter uden for terminalen i Ground Transportation afhentningsområdet med et skilt med et orange Cancun Travel Experience-logo. Fremvis venligst din bekræftelse eller billed-id ved afhentning. Din transport vil være klar præcis 30 minutter efter dit flylandingstidspunkt og kan vente op til 60 minutter efter dit flylandingstidspunkt. Ankomster: Hvis du tilfældigvis støder på problemer med at finde din chauffør, bedes du gå til et af følgende mødesteder: - Terminal 2 (indenlandske ankomster) i Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (Internationale ankomster) i Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 ved Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 ved velkomstbaren **Hotel afhentning:** Din nøjagtige afhentningstid vil blive bekræftet en dag før din flyafgang, din chauffør vil møde dig i lobbyen på dit hotel. This service is a scam!!!!!! Booked a round trip shuttle to Playa del Carmen. Shuttle was not there when we arrived in Cancun. Number provided isn’t a valid telephone number so could not get in contact with anyone from Cancun Travel Experience. Driver eventually showed up after I reached out to Viator. Never received any correspondents/voucher for return trip either. Even after speaking with Viator for a 2nd time, the shuttle never showed up to take us back to the airport.
Transportation arrived early. Great driver and great conversation. Arrived early to the airport with no issues.

Paid for the round trip. No one showed up to take me to the airport. They read my many messages and still no one showed up.
I prepaid for round-trip airport transportation, but the return service was extremely stressful due to a complete lack of communication. When you’re traveling internationally and trying to catch a flight, reliable communication is essential. Ultimately I had to make additional arrangements for airport transfers even though this service was paid for in full prior to my arrival to Mexico. The customer service and communication with Cancun Travel Experience was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this company.
Very prompt. Arrive 10 minutes early and I was already waiting. Very polite and easy and safest travel experience so far.

Had a great experience with this shuttle service. I booked last minute and they were excellent! Communication was thorough and they showed up on time, as scheduled, for our airport and resort pick up. Would definitely book again!
