Cancun Lufthavn Afgangstransfer fra Hotel Zone, Puerto Juarez, Puerto Morelos

I’m not satisfied with this experience. I clearly explained in the Viator messages that my group of four people was arriving on three different flights. Two of us were on Delta arriving at 1:00 PM, one person was arriving on JetBlue at 11:54 AM, and another on Southwest at 12:30 PM. I specifically requested that I be picked up first, and then the others could be picked up since they were waiting at their terminals. However, I later received a WhatsApp message stating my pickup time would be 1:30 PM. I actually arrived early at 12:42 PM with all my luggage and located the company. When they asked about the other guests, I explained they were at different terminals, but I was told only one terminal was listed. I tried to show the text messages as proof, but the driver, Alberto, refused to look at them. He then brought over a supervisor who said he believed me, but because I booked through a third party, there were mistakes and they would only pick up from the listed terminal. I had to rush the other two guests to come to that terminal before 1:30 PM, and even then, the transportation still arrived late. I called Viator at 1:00 PM to report the issue. The agent tried contacting the company but got no response and said she would email them. By 2:00 PM, the transportation still hadn’t arrived, so I called Viator again while asking Alberto how much longer it would take. I booked private transportation because I needed to be somewhere at a specific time—I had a wedding at 3:00 PM. The vehicle finally arrived after 2:15 PM. No one has followed up with me about this situation, except when I called this morning to make sure the same issue doesn’t happen for my return transportation.

The wait and walk to meet the transfer was too long. The greeter at the airport told us aproximately 15 minutes and we waited about 30 minutes.

Driver was very friendly. He was on time. Very professional. He provided information of our surroundings near our hotel.

I was initially nervous because of the general nature of the reservation and details of where I was going to be picked up. However, 2 days prior to my departure I was contacted to obtain my departure airport, time and where I wanted to be picked up.

Too bad to select a transfer for the early morning, opt for professional services, leave you stranded, the worst is that you have to pay more for the lack of seriousness of these types, there are more serious operators in the destination

I booked through this company for pick up from my hotel to the airport. They did not shown up. I tried texting and calling the number that they gave on Viator as my transfer. They couldn’t find my confirmation/booking number even with me giving them the information.
