Cancun Downtown til Chiquila Shuttle

The Van dropped off others at different locations along the way but the service was also fast and cheap.

Good transportation, responded to messages in advance. Dropped 2 mins from the ferry. Air conned shuttle and picked up on time.

I would not recommend this shuttle to anyone. The roads are bad and the driver drives very fast seat belts were not adjustable. We took the late shuttle so it was very dark, and the driver had to slam down on the breaks twice due to stray dogs on the road. Dont take this shuttle unless there sre no alternatives.

I greatly appreciate Lord Jesus...(chuy). For the attention provided, the punctuality of the driver and his attention... He made our trip pleasant. Thank you.... Without a doubt, we would hire him again.

This same company had me booked for travel on Christmas day. The day before, they send me a cancellation for my already booked and paid for trip. Saying they will not offer services Christmas Day. So, last minute I had to figure out an alternative transport heading to Holbox. I ended up taking the Mayab bus. Now, for my trip from Holbox back to Cancun I kept my booking with this company thinking private transport would be better right?? WRONG!!!! I arrived at 2:30pm in Chiquila. I was asked to take 2:00 ferry from Holbox so that transport could leave promptly at 3pm, scheduled time. When I arrived, the hood was up on the van and the driver had several people looking under the hood with him. The van had an oil leak of some sort. A major WTF moment. Now, this is a 16 passenger van... EVERY SEAT WAS FILLED!!! ZERO SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!! It’s not like the planes where there’s the highest technology filtration systems. It’s a VAN! With the Mayab bus, on my incoming trip, it was a MASSIVE bus with 3 times as many seats. They had the same amount of people on that huge bus that were crammed into this van. As if all of that wasn’t enough, the van didn’t actually leave Chiquila on time (left at 3:30pm). Then let’s talk about the ride. With the Mayab bus, it was smooth and completely comfortable. With this van, it was like riding a roller coaster!! Every bump you felt. The van was shaking back and forth going down the rough roads. If you get car sick, you would be DONE! So much for private transport being better (insert eyeroll). Then, the driver made multiple stops along the way picking up more people. Dropped at Soriana Super in downtown (totally sketchy) and it was dark by the time we arrived. My hotel was literally across the street from the ADO bus terminal, so no positive difference for me again to use this transport. So... the Mayab bus had massive comfort, social distancing/sanitizing protocols, never made a stop once it left the terminal, left on time, plug ins to charge your phone the entire trip, actually had a better travel time and was HALF THE PRICE!!! If I go to Holbox again, I will take a bus. With that information, you can decide for yourself if it’s worth using this company for private transport

It was fast and on time maybe It would be good to have like seats a little bit more comfortable but it was good
