AUTENTISK MEKONG DELTA-OPLEVELSE Start tidligt, da floden kommer til live. Cruise til Cai Rang Floating Market, hvor din lokale guide afslører historier bag denne pulserende handelsscene. Nyd morgenmad på båden - Hủ Tiếu eller Bánh Mì med vietnamesisk kaffe. (Vegetarisk mulighed til rådighed.) Tag en fredelig landsby gåtur gennem frugthaver og hjem ved floden - et glimt af ægte Mekong liv, roligt og autentisk. Deltag i en praktisk Bánh Khọt madlavning session, ved hjælp af ler ovne og lokale ingredienser. Det er mere end madlavning - det er forbindelse og langsomt liv. Slap af i en hængekøje ved floden, med frisk frugt og grøn te, før du besøger et flyvende hus for et sidste kig på livet på vandet. Afslutning omkring 11:30, fuld af lokal smag, kultur og varme.

If you want to skip the typical tourist traps and experience authentic local life, this tour is an absolute must. Even with a sudden downpour, our day in the Mekong Delta was the absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam! ** What I Loved** Cai Rang Floating Market: Cruising the river in our rain ponchos felt like a true adventure. We enjoyed a fresh, piping hot bowl of local noodle soup right on the water. Hands-On Local Cooking: We visited a local home where we gathered around a traditional clay stove. We learned to prepare ingredients from scratch using fresh flour, eggs, and local fillings Garden Vegetable Lesson: Our guide took us through a lush backyard garden. We learned how locals cultivate lemongrass, peppers, and various herbs, and saw how every part of the coconut tree is utilized.Stunning Rural Scenery: Walking across the iconic brick-and-wood footbridges over the canals felt like stepping into a postcard.** Trip Highlights**The Food: Eating fresh noodles on a boat while watching vendors trade was unforgettable.The Hospitality: The locals were incredibly warm, welcoming, and patient while teaching us their cooking techniques. The Vibe: Completely uncommercialized, peaceful, and beautifully raw.

We had the BEST tour with our guide, Sophia N., and our wonderful female captain, Mum! The tour was the perfect length, and Sophia spoke great English and was very funny. I had a really great time with our guide Sophia on this tour. We were three people plus guide and boat driver. Both our driver and guide were super sweet and kind. I had an amazing morning on the river with them.

You will see the real daily lives of those who have no choices and have to live on the boat with very limited resources due to their financial circumstances. You will learn to appreciate everything you have in life. My tour was guided by Corey who is local and bilingual, and his English is amazing!

We had gotten up very early to go visit the floating market that morning. Unfortunately in pouring rain. Taking our courage in both hands, we managed to reach our meeting point with our guide for the day, Cory. We are grateful to him for this beautiful experience full of lessons despite the difficult weather conditions. He led us, with the help of our ancient and high-energy boat pilot, through the maze of boats and their merchandise. Very committed to the preservation of local lifestyles and cultural traditions, he helped us discover the canals, the cuisine, and the people who are their soul. We cannot recommend the tour and Cory enough. He speaks excellent English and is learning French. So if you are French and visiting the Mekong Delta, do not hesitate to come and help him practice. 😊🙏
