Cairo Tower views are amazing. The horse and carriage ride was good. The tour guide was nice enough but didn't really talk about the places we visited
Was hoping to get more exposure to Cairo. Pick up was about 15 min late , we went to Cairo Tower and we chose to go up it for an additional 800EGP for some good views. We then had a 20 min carriage ride w/o any commentary on what we were seeing and then the option was to drive for ice cream- no walking tour as described. English very limited- not worth the $100 plus dollars
This was an exceptional tour that gives you an authentic feel of the night life in Cairo. The shops are open, the food was outstanding, Tahrir Square is magnificent. The tea shop was relaxing, a great walk and good conversation with a knowledgeable and humorous tour guide. I will never forget my refreshing cane juice. A well planned coordinated outing. Both the driver and Mustafa were professional entertaining and so kind. A had a wonderful night. I highly recommend and will never forget it.
1 Hi, I have made a booking via TripAdvisor for cairo by Night. An hour i go the trip was cancelled. Im highly disappointed, that my booking was cancelled. Yesterday the booking was still confirmed via whatsup. Today when i confirmed pick up time i was told i cancelled the booking. Now that i asked again to book you ask me to pay before tour? I have been in contact via whatsup for days now and kept on asking if i can pay cash on the day of the tour! Because it seems like there is a problem with trip advisor. Im sitting in egypt can not contact trip advisor. This is terrible customer service.
The tour was cancelled by Viator Company due to their doubts about the customer's payment. The customer then booked again and completed the tour without any problems.
We had a nice tour in Cairo by night. Our guide, Eslam Tigo was patient and very flexible. Ha had a tour plan but he replaned it based on our demands & preferences. The longer distances fullfield by car, but there were enough walking part to feel the life of Cairo. He handle the local direct marketing and support us to avoid unnecessary shopping (we bought only we want). Thanks, Eslam. Highly recommended…
Tour guide Ahmed was ver polite and friendly and the driver was very friendly and professional, food was good too.
This tour, quite frankly, is just not worth the money. The horse and carriage ride is the highlight, but lasts for a mere few minutes. The rest of the tour is a walk through the busy streets with the tour guide pointing out old buildings and taking you for ice cream. Ice cream is great but you don’t really need a tour guide for this. Lastly, the dinner stop - fine if you want Egyptian food, but if you don’t, don’t bother. You don’t get to choose your meal. The tour is not worth the money paid I’m afraid although Jesy herself is a nice person.
Quite disappointing, We expected a full 4 hour tour however including pick up & drop off it was only 2.5 hours. Seemed like they were in a rush. The horse carriage ride was good however we didn’t stop at any landmarks and just briefly saw them as we went past. They then provided food which was good. Missed out the walking tour entirely. Didn't feel like a tour, more like we just passed by everything and saw it only. Stopped at the cairo tower for 2 minutes for pictures from the outside. Didn't get the option to go in. Overall not worth the price we payed. We could have booked taxi, booked horse ride, eaten and actually stopped at the landmarks and it would have been half the price we payed.
Amazing view of the Pyramids at night. Our tour lady was great! I hope we have her again in another tour :)
Was a fabulous experience and our guide and driver make us the perfect city tour...recommend 100% ...
