6:30 ca. Afhentning fra komforten af dit hotel eller busstation, på vejen vil der være et stop for at købe drikkevarer og noget mad til udflugten. 7:30. ca. Afgang til Lost Canyon, vi går til South Pan-American Highway og tager derefter omvejen, der vil tage os til OCUCAJE-ørkenen, efter ca. 02 timer ankommer vi til sprækken, der blev dannet af flodlejet og de lunefulde former det har givet vinden erosion. 09:00 ca. Vi ankommer til Mirador del Cañon; hvor du vil se den store revne, der viser dens forlængelse og dybde, som igen tjener som beskyttelse for de ådselædere, der er vogtere af dette område. I loved the tour to the Canyon of the Lost. The logistics with Sam were incredible; he picked us up early from our hotel in Huacachina and took us to have breakfast at a restaurant in the desert before starting the tour. I recommend it 10/10.

Taking the tour to the Cañón de los Perdidos was one of the best decisions of our trip to Ica. The landscape is impressive, almost mystical, and the rock formations are a unique visual spectacle. What really made the difference was our guide, Samael. From the first moment, he demonstrated an excellent attitude and great knowledge of the area. The best part of the tour: • Exceptional guidance: Samael explained the geological history of the canyon and interesting facts about the place to us in great detail. • Attention and safety: He was always attentive to the group, making sure that we all walked at a comfortable and safe pace during the descent. • The official photographer: He took the time to take spectacular photos of us from the best angles of the canyon. If you are thinking about going, I totally recommend doing the tour with Samael. He is a top-notch professional!

Need to update their itinerary. Pickup was half an hour late even though we were first to be picked up. Then what was supposed to be a quick stop for snacks was a long breakfast at their restaurant. This was followed by a long drive on rutted dirt road to the canyon. The canyon itself was unique and beautiful. We enjoyed the walk and the explanations by the guide. Then back in the van for a couple more hours, and back to the same restaurant for a long lunch and pisco that was not in the itinerary. Arrived in Ica more than two hours after advertized.
Good morning Andrew, thank you for your rating. We would like to inform you that the pickup times were within our previously communicated time range (6:30am ~ 7:00am). The road to the canyon is a bit rough in certain sections, however it is worth it, because it is a completely natural tourist attraction in the middle of the desert. Great experience, the day was very well organized and the canyon really beautiful to see. The restaurant we stop at is also decent and the Welcoming is very warm!

Everything fine except that the transport was somewhat awkward for the ride. They took us to a pisco cellar that didn't come on the itinerary.

That was great. Experience to live. Alone in the deserts of Ica. Emilio our guide explained the history of the canyon. 2h trip to get there from Ica, the trip passed quite quickly. Great, to do! Thank you!
