What a rip off 27 euros did not stop at all stops stopped at one beach half way round would not recommend

We found this very disappointing. Although there were plenty of busses when we arrived at the port in the morning many of them were taken out of service during the day. This resulted in 30- 40 minutes waiting time if you got off and rejoined! The round trip took just over an hour and some stops were missed out. There was no wifi on our bus. Poor value for money at 27 euros each.

To be fair we rode the bus through its route without hopping off. It was nice to hear and see an overview of the city and learn about Cadiz.

Never again did I manage to get my ticket despite several requests by chat they sent me the pass ticket 2 days before I had to buy me another ticket. I spent hours running around on the app was sending me email and the email was returning to the site I chatted with them several times and it didn’t work.

I love this hop on hop off bus. I just wish it was more frequent. I do these everywhere I travel and truly enjoy them. This tour gave you enough time to see different spots, but there were times that it would've been nice if there were more buses.

Would benefit from much more detailed commentary and information about old and new cadiz. The new town section merely referred to the beaches. Two areas shown on the route map were omitted - plaza de espana and out to the causeway to the mainland. (Especially if you are not interested in the vouchers) pay on the bus - less than online - but needed cash as a back up as credit card machine not working. Polite and helpful driver
