We went to have fun with family. The man at the counter wasn’t very accommodating and preferred playing with his phone. After we finally got some recommendations, we tried to do some activities, however had to wait at each ride, as they were totally understaffed. On top it is absolutely overpriced! Total led down.

I have an HTC VR at home, but I'm on a business trip and decided to try playing Beat Saber here. At home, I pass almost all the levels on expert +, while everything is comfortable, but here I somehow passed the level for warming up. The helmet is very heavy and it is impossible to make sudden movements in it due to the fact that it is rigidly attached to the rack, the same story is with the controllers, it is impossible to move them very quickly becose the cables that should not be there at all, as well as helmet racks, interfere greatly. I think this is done so that inexperienced players don't drop out something and break anything, but it's impossible to play like that. In addition, one level is one song, that is, if you choose a song for 2 minutes, then you pay for it the same as for a song for 5 minutes. I even wondered if I had lost in the first seconds, would that have been the end?

Such a cool place. A lot bigger than you think with two floors and something for all ages. There is a whole host of activities from ball pits and trampolines for young kids. There are then a whole host of VR games and activities for older kids along with standard arcade games. It can be quite price with a standard card costing around £50 for 200 credits. Most games take 15-25 and the longer games like soft play for an hour take around 80. I highly recommend you purchase the Entertainer app subscription (around £90 for a year). PlayDXB is available on there along with a whole host of other places. You get buy one get one free so you purchase 200 credits and get 200 free. It is worth noting the 200 credits you buy is for the yellow games (you'll see the games highlighted in Yellow neon light). The 200 free credits you get is for the bonus games highlighted in blue neon. These are mainly VR games. One of the best arcade places I've been to so definitely recommend.

The only reason I haven't given this 5 stars is because it is on the expensive side (but then what isn't in Dubai?!) but you do get some very fun and unique experiences here so at least you get your money's worth. The VR rides are especially fun and unique - some of them have been done in a way we hadn't experienced before so very impressive. You can spend quite a bit of time here given the different types of rides, activities, arcade machines etc. and it's a good place to come in summer months to escape the heat. Would definitely recommend to families with kids.
