On 30/03 we had a...
On 30/03 we had a buggy ride and went to the place that appeared in the app. And after all the weekend texting and trying to call the manager to confirm and align the boarding place, the person did not show up and even canceled. We called by whatsapp, given that we were at the scheduled time and the place that had appeared and he mentioned that he had not seen our reservation, because the platform was with some problems and the reservations were not coming by email. He said that he would go on a city tour with a family and that afterwards would see if there would be a buggy available to take the ride with us and that we could wait. We requested cancellation for it given that we were not at our hotel and that we would not wait to have a possible positioning.

Wonderful days in Natal and Pipa
My family and I spent several days with Arthur. We know beautiful places, besides the buggy ride in the Dunes of Genipabu, which is amazing! He's extremely polite and well-humored. Super Indico! Fair price.

Lack of professionalism
The person responsible for the buggy was a person named Juscelino and it was the worst experience we had in all the trips we have made.
He only knew about politics, he didn't explain about the places we were going through, he was extremely biased and LGBTphobic.
We talked about our discomfort with the agency about the case.
The agency is good, but I recommend you ask who is the driver of the buggy before the trip.

Buggy Tour

Unforgettable tour
Wonderful trip, we went north, to the south coast and Maracajau diving, with Guia Delícia, a person who enjoys what she does and transmits only good energy, all unforgettable. Perfect trip, we had support from the marazul agency, Nilda, who solved all the little problems (plane delay, need to change tour, transfer, hotel change) in a sensational way and we can't forget to talk about our buggy Mr. Gurgel, sensational, we were very lucky, he was a show.

You can't help doing
It's worth it! A nature show! Parade in one of the lagoons of Pitangui, a delight! We went with astral tourism, the beech Sandro was very helpful. With attractions not included in the package, such as Aerobunda esquibunda, the restaurant etc besides the photos...

Adventure in the sand
It was great, we loved every adventure, sso dunes of braquinhas, with several lagoons, sun and coconut water. The guides are great pity being so fast. I wanted to stay by her all day.

Buggy
Wonderful experience. Place should have a better support structure for the tourist. (Restaurant / the aquarium itself is not so well structured) There are fields to improve, but it does not disrupt the attractiveness of the place.
