Great alternative for those who have long distance or for those who have a night flight and do not want to pay another hotel fee. Very good service and safe location.
I went the first time I used the service and it went well. I would recommend that there be some kind of ticket or way to validate who leaves/withdraws the bag to build more trust with people who just know the service.
The Stasher service is very convence to use especially when I don't speak the local languague. Everything can be settled by using the app. The whole process from searching for storage, make booking to final payment were done smoothly without issue.
The process was very easy although the place was difficult to identify, we walked around the street several times until we found a small door.
We booked the storage facility next to our AirBnB online, but it appeared that that place doesn’t exist anymore. Waste of time
The have a lot of places to leave your luggage, you just find whichever is best for you. Great service and easy to reserve.
Everything went smoothly. Paid online and the platform showed me places that matched my search filters near me. I had no issues after that with the business i stored my bags with
They forgot to indicate that the suitcases had to be carried up to the first floor by stairs. The guy at the reception helped me get them up and down afterwards. Apart from that everything is fine.
We booked this luggage storage option because we had a "day to kill" in Buenos Aires between our cruise ship and flight home to the U.S. It is well located, but hard to find. There is no signage at street level to indicate the Stasher location. We had to ring a bell and discuss our situation in Spanish with someone we could not see. He buzzed us in through the front door, and we were surprised that we had to haul our luggage up 30 steps to get to the destination. This is actually a hostal, that stores luggage, and the clerk had no indication that we had paid. He gave us receipts for our bags, and we left, uncertain as to whether we would ever see our bags again! That was the bad part. When we returned in the afternoon, a new clerk was extremely pleasant and returned our bags to us. He offered us seating and restrooms while we waited for our driver to take us to the airport. He even took our luggage down the stairs, and when we tried to tip him, he refused. He said he just likes to help poeple. Sooooo.......As long as you are fit and are prepared to carry your bags up those steps, this was a great option. Just be aware of the steps.
