Budapest Donau River Sightseeing Night Cruise med drikkevarer

Check in was extremely well organized and incredibly fast. The crew may be young but they are hard working.

Actually we reached on time We were shocked of the crowd and the long queue no one was there to know or organize until people where going in then they instrcuted us how to move and where My recommendation is that you have to inform the customer to be there so early So they will not wait long and they will be able to find good seat in the cruise Thank you

We had the best time enjoying the evening sights and the new friends we met on the ship. The lights on all the shoreline structures are spectacular

Loved the cruise it was so good and well organised. The audio commentary was excellent and especially loved the parliament building all lit up,

It was a lovely boat ride with a glass of fizz . I booked the 8.20 to watch the sun go down but was a bit worried that as we approached the parliament building that I was too early. Please to say that as we passed and turned around it all lit up ! Beautiful to see the before and after

Really enjoyed it, staff were great Commentary was good and you could check on a video screen if you weren’t sure which building they were talking about

Got back a few days ago from a 7 day cruise down the Danube on the Tui Skylar boat. I went with a friend and we wanted to celebrate our special birthdays. It started off reasonably well and the weather was pleasant. We had air conditioning in our cabins which kept us cool. We visited some lovely towns and enjoyed the cruising. The food we thought was very good, lots of choice and for vegetarians too. The staff were pleasant with good customer service skills. However as the week went by and the temperatures rose things rapidly deteriorated. Firstly there was a special gala dinner night with a delicious choice of foods, however unfortunately the air conditioning unit wasn't functioning at all!! The temperature in the restaurant was unbearable and my mini fan didn't offer much respite. Diners were eating their meals quickly and retiring upstairs to the upper deck to cool down. We all wondered why nothing had been done about the AC in such high temperatures of 30 degrees plus. Also, the gala dinner night had been planned for the following night but my friend and I weren't advised of this. I found out at the very last moment that we had to be seated in the restaurant by 7pm, but we always dined at 8pm so we would have missed out totally. Also we had very little time in the two main cities on the Danube, Vienna and Budapest. We had longer in the smaller less known towns. So all in all taking all factors into consideration I would definitely not go on another TUI River Cruise ever again

Lovely trip, very quick getting on & off the boat. Very friendly staff.. comfy seats, I would recommend getting there early though so you can sit upstairs. Highly recommend..

Great experience. The evening was quite beautiful with the warm air and beautiful scenery. Price point good. A very nice evening.

Great sights to see along the river. We made sure we went after the sunset so we could enjoy the lights. I would suggest that you know the time of sunset before booking. Staff were helpful and the audio recording we listened to was helpful.
