Bribri Magic Chocolate and Waterfall Experience

Vi forlader Puerto Viejo kl. 7.45 og kører i ca. 30 minutter til Bribri Indfødte Reservat. Der vil vi møde en indfødt familie, der vil dele deres kultur, traditioner og forfædres viden om medicinske planter. Deltagerne vil udforske en permakulturhave, smage frisk kakaofrugt og deltage i processen med at lave traditionel chokolade. I de fleste tilfælde vil din guide være en indfødt Bribri guide fra Duriwak Bribri klanen. På vej tilbage stopper vi ved et smukt vandfald i Talamanca-bjergene, hvor gæsterne kan nyde et forfriskende bad i den naturlige pool under vandfaldene. Efter denne afslappende pause, vil vi vende tilbage til Puerto Viejo. " Mange tak.

Great outdoor experience with insight into a different perspective. Chocolate experience and waterfall were very pleasant.
Braulio, along with the Bribri family at the reservation were so kind to show us the rich history and technique of chocolate making as well as knowledge of medicinal herbs. This tour made me appreciate this country so much more. I recommend 100%! Pura Vida!

Fascinating visit to a cacao farm with a wonderful guide who knew lots about the medicinal uses of the native plants. Gorgeous waterfall. Highly recommend

Braulio was so awesome! Very patient and knowledgeable as he explained so much about the area. The Bribri experience was so essential if you are visiting the area, and being able to tour the reserve, make cacao paste, learn some indigenous history/Bribri phrases AND see a gorgeous waterfall off the beaten path was more than worth it. Highly recommend if in the area and have the day to spend!

Everything was perfect. Received a great overview of the culture, people and their land before making chocolate. Lunch was tasty and they accommodated my GF request. Waterfall was superb. Was not rushed. Dropped off at hotel around 5pm so longer than advertised time which I was fine with!
