Oplev charmen i Transylvania på en eksklusiv lille gruppe dagstur for op til 8 personer. Startende i Brasov, vil du krydse maleriske landskaber indrammet af de Karpatiske Bjerge. Rejsen begynder ved det fantastiske Peles Castle i Sinaia, hvor du vil springe linjen for at udforske dets luksuriøse interiør. I nærheden kan du besøge det historiske Sinaia kloster, der er beundret for sin slående arkitektur og åndelige betydning. Dernæst opdager du det legendariske Bran Castle, som er berømt for at være bundet til Vlad den Impaler og Dracula. Din guide vil dele fængslende historier om dens historie og lære. Nyd traditionel rumænsk mad på en lokal restaurant i Bran landsby, efter din anmodning. Turen fortsætter til den naturskønne Rasnov fæstning, der tilbyder en betagende udsigt og indsigt i dens historiske betydning. Vores første destination er turistbyen Sinaia, hvor Peles Slot ligger. For at komme dertil skal vi gå gennem Prahova Valley og efterlade elegante bjergresorter Predeal, Azuga og Busteni, som kontinuerligt tiltrækker et stort antal rumænske og udenlandske turister, på vejen der krydser den hvirvlende Prahova-flod. Betagende naturskønhed åbnes foran dine øjne, men den mest spektakulære udsigt er fra Busteni, hvor du kan beundre de højeste toppe i Bucegi-bjergene: Caraiman Peak, Costila Peak og Omu Peak. Ankom i Sinaia, engang et eksklusivt aristokratisk feriested, hvor vi besøger Peles-slottet, den tidligere rumænske kongefamils sommerhus. Peles Slot er et af de smukkeste museer i Rumænien og blev bygget i næsten 40 år af kong Charles 1.

Ankomst til Sinaia, en gang en eksklusiv aristokratisk feriested, hvor vi besøger Peles Slot, sommerboligen for den tidligere rumænske kongefamilie. Peles Slot er et af de smukkeste museer i Rumænien og blev bygget i næsten 40 år af kong Karl 1.
På vej til Bran Castle, vil du finde et af de ældste klostre i landet, Sinaia kloster. Med en historie, der går tilbage 300 år, præget af et særligt forhold til den kongelige familie, er dette ærede kloster en must-see attraktion takket være sine to kirker bygget 150 år fra hinanden.
Vi fortsætter vores tur til det berømte Bran Castle. For at komme dertil skal vi gå gennem Prahova-dalen, efterlader de elegante bjergsteder Predeal, Azuga og Busteni, der løbende tiltrækker et stort antal rumænske og udenlandske turister, på vejen, der krydser den virvlende Prahova-floden. Den betagende naturlige skønhed åbnes for øjnene, men den mest spektakulære udsigt er fra Busteni, hvor du kan beundre de højeste toppe i Bucegi-bjergene: Caraiman Peak, Costila Peak og Omu Peak. Også kaldet Draculas Slot, det er placeret ved indgangen til Bran-Rucar pass. Et bemærkelsesværdigt arkitektonisk monument blev bygget mellem 1377-1382 på en sten 60 m. Efter besøget på Bran Castle, gå til en lokal restaurant til frokost med friske salater, traditionelle supper, lækker sarmale, kød, kylling, grøntsager og andre regionale priser (drikkevarer og måltider på egen regning). Traditionel frokost kan arrangeres i Bran landsby.
Besøg Rasnov fæstning, som blev bygget i det 13. århundrede, kan bare være den mest fortryllende af dem alle! Fæstningen er den største i Transylvania og en af de bedst bevarede i Rumænien. Smukt panorama over Barsa Land fra toppen af fæstningen.

Alina was such a fantastic guide for us. She really knew her stuff and was totally engaging telling us all about the history of the places we went to plus about her own experiences of growing up in Romania during pivotal times in the country's recent history. We got held up in traffic for a large part of the day but she made sure we still saw and enjoyed all parts of the tour. Would highly recommend. There may be some tickets that you require on top of the tour booking so do check this as soon as you are able as they may sell out during peak times of the year.

We had a fantastic day touring Bran and Peleș Castles and the Râșnov Fortress. Our guide, Alina, was truly amazing - not only was she super friendly and respectful, but her deep knowledge of Romanian history and culture was impressive. She was also a very skilled driver, making us feel completely safe throughout the day as we took in the beautiful Transylvanian scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and highly recommend this tour.

Excellent day with an excellent guide. Marius was very informative and accommodating. We learned so much from the day and had excellent food too thanks to Marius. Would highly recommend this activity. Visiting these places would not be the same experience without the local guides to give the history. We also received history and information on local buildings and areas on route to these castles/fortress.

Bogdon was a great guide — he’s very informative and has a good sense of humor. He also was flexible and gave good suggestions when it came to having some free time to ourselves and avoiding crowded times at the tourist sites. We were fortunate to have him as our guide and that we ended up being the only two people in what would’ve otherwise been a small group, so it felt like a private tour. Râşnov Fortress is still undergoing renovations at the time, so we were not able to explore the inside.

I highly recommend this tour. Not only do you see several castles and a monastery but you do it with a guide who knows the best parking areas, has an excellent understanding of the history of the area and speaks English extremely well.
