Du vil lære om nedskæringerne, vinene og historierne bag grillen, mens du deler bordet med andre rejsende, der ankommer som fremmede og forlader som venner. Vi tilbyder to spisesteder: Churrascaria Palace, et 5-stjernet brasiliansk steakhouse med et bredt udvalg af oksekød, svinekød, kylling, skaldyr, sushi og endda fisk, der er typiske for Amazonas. Den anden oplevelse er på Churrascaria Carretão, et 4-stjernet brasiliansk steakhouse med fokus på oksekød, svinekød og kylling. Begge oplevelser omfatter en flaske vin pr. person.

A great experience, where cooking together is a pleasant and fun time. The leader ensures that everyone is comfortable, and is ready to participate fully. The course is sprinkled with anecdotes and exchanges around the culture of Brazil, its geography. The course ends with the tasting of the prepared dishes. It really takes a colorful character, a chef, and a real master of ceremonies!

The cooking class was an amazing experience! Roberto the chef was informative, very helpful, and made the entire session fun and engaging. He guided us through each step, taught us about the ingredients, helped with the preparation, and even took great photos of us throughout the class.
