The experience was fantastic & educational, engaging, and incredibly easy to get to. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and thoughtfully put together. Tour was rescheduled from 11 am to 11:45 am, then the headset guy showed up late, delaying us further. We had booked a train to Naples based on the scheduled 11 am start time. With the delays, we had to go faster than the tour in order to see everything. So we essentially paid for a tour in order to get a ticket, which was disappointing. Art was amazing, thankfully.
We apologize for the delays and understand how frustrating this was, especially with a train already booked. During high season, delays can unfortunately occur more frequently due to crowds and operational issues. We are sorry that the rescheduling and the late arrival of the headset staff prevented you from enjoying the tour as planned.
The guide booked through Viator, Tours with Sylvia, did not show up and I could not enter the gallery.

Provided key access and certainty of tour. Guide was very educated in art history and very familiar with Borghese. Duration was very substantial, hitting all the apparent highlights.
