Such an amazing way to experience Bordeaux and learn its rich history through wine and food. Aurélien is so kind and knowledgeable as he walked us through all the various gastronomic items this great region of France has to offer. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting the city!!
Tasting local specialties is always one of the most memorable experiences we have when we travel. We did this tour at the very start of our vacation, and then we could not stop thinking about the glorious Dunes Blanches. We thankfully purchased small and portable quantities of the various specialties we tasted because these were the best souvenirs from our wonderful time in Bordeaux. We also enjoyed the wines and cheeses. Aurelien did a great job making this is a very fun tour with most emphasis on food and wine over sightseeing.

This experience was much better than I expected. It included an instructional walk through the Golden Triangle of Bordeaux as we walked between local shops offering local products paired with local wines. Caviar, foie gras, meats, cheeses, baked specialties and artisanal chocolates: each treat paired with a different wine -- at least 8 different wines. Our excellent guide has some training as a sommelier and so we had our taste buds challenged in a gustatory game. Special requests were honored with extra stops. If you are ever in Bordeaux, take this tour. You will be surprised. Try everything: even if you think you don't like something ( like maybe foie gras you had in the past), listen to your guide's instructions on how to enhance the flavors and get ready to close your mouth and hum "Mmmmm!"

Excellent guide and tour. Plenty of delicious food and wine all with great explanations. Very nice pace that included stops in locally owned restaurants and stores. The guide provided a wonderful overview of the many wines in Bordeaux with excellent pairings that impressed so all. Very sweet group of guests too! The guide seemed like he really enjoyed what he does. We highly recommend his tour!!!!
