Ledsaget af en ægte lokal guide vil du opdage de smukkeste kvarterer og monumenter i byen langs en storslået rute på cirka 13 km, perfekt sikker og velegnet til cykler. De medfølgende cykler er smukke Beach Cruisere, der er super komfortable og perfekte til byen. Vores grupper er begrænset til 10 personer for at sikre maksimal komfort og sikkerhed. Vi giver dig vandflasker i rustfrit stål med isolerede poser for at holde dem kølige (sommeren er særlig varm i Bordeaux). Vi tilbyder dig en lokal specialitet at smage under en pause i den offentlige have. Der tilbydes også ponchoer i tilfælde af risiko for byger. Vores reception har et toilet.

Du bliver budt velkommen af en rigtig lokal guide. Efter 10 minutter afsat til sikkerhedsinstruktioner, tager vi afsted for at opdage Bordeaux langs en storslået bane på cirka 13 km, perfekt sikker og velegnet til cykler. Vi vil opdage de uundværlige steder i byen, Saint Michel og dets utrolige klokketårn, vi vil krydse Garonne via den storslåede stenbro for at gå og beundre facaden på kajen fra gåturen i englenes park. Vi vil se "Darwin" øko-distriktet, før vi tager den imponerende "Jacques Chaban-Delmas" åbningsbro. Vi fortsætter turen gennem Chartrons-distriktet, der er berømt for sin Bordeaux-vinhandel, derefter mod den offentlige have, før vi går gennem byens historiske centrum med dens brostensbelagte gader og smukke små pladser fyldt med terrasser. Til sidst passerer vi foran det væsentlige vandspejl og den smukke Cailhau-port, før vi vender tilbage til udgangspunktet.
Stop foran den store klokke, den ældste byport fra det 13. århundrede.

At krydse Garonne ved den majestætiske Jacques Chaban-Delmas-bro, en ægte teknologisk bedrift, der gør det muligt for bådene at komme ind i havnen i Bordeaux.

We had a marvelous afternoon biking around Bordeaux while getting history lessons about the city. Jean-Christophe (I think that was his name, sorry if I got that wrong!) was a gracious and knowledgeable guide as were his attendants who joined us. I did also want to mention that the bikes were well maintained and in good working order. That isn't always the case so important to point out. The bike shop where the tour began, was a 10 minute and convenient walk to and from our cruise ship. The bonus was a surprise sampling of caneles from a patisserie! All in all, the tour was a fun way to spend the afternoon with such gracious hosts. Thanks so much for the warm and inviting introduction to such a lovely city!

What a beautiful was to see the city. The bikes are in wonderful shape and it was fun navigating the city - and especially the people and other bikes. The history of the city was very interesting. The time flew by. I could have biked for several more hours. This is a perfect way to see Bordeaux. I highly recommend this tour. Sondra

My husband and I thoroughly enjoy city bike tours when we travel. Our experience with JC in Bordeaux ranks high, among the best. We learned a lot of history, explored parts of the city we never would have known about and had a few pleasant surprises. We highly recommend this bike tour. It was just about 3 hours and explored nearly the full city.

Our bike tour was so much fun. Our guide had an excellent sense of humour and was very knowledgeable about the beautiful city of Bordeaux. Our bikes were very comfortable with a basket offered if we wanted one. At the beginning we were introduced to the road rules and given some great safety tips. Our tour travelled both banks of the river and we had an excellent time.
